Very level headed and 100% true! I guess it's just frustrating to us, because we always seem to be soooooo close yet soooooo far away from being an elite team. Then line is paper thin.

Norv is a great offensive coordinator, a below average but not horrible head coach. Gibbs is a hall of famer, in his 2nd year back after a long hiatus. I am curious as to who was calling our offensive plays. Was it the OC? Maybe Gibbs needs to take over the playcalling... but I know he's loathe to sell out his coaches.

Very nice post. I often wish a lot of people here would just stay away from this site for a day or two after a loss because they come on and just start making a whole bunch of moronic posts. But I guess it's a way for people to release their frustrations.

i wasnt happy with gibbs coaching last week,especially when trying to run out the clock,but if any coach deserves the critcism today its gregg williams,the blitz is not working,teams adjust to the blitz in the 2nd half of the season,it burned us last week and it burned us today,its not working,i think the 1 sack we got today wasnt even on the blitz,our main problem is we just dont have the horses up front that can put pressure on the qb,so williams blitzes and we still cant get there and we get burned,we have a few problems that were just not going to overcome this yr,we'll have to address them in the draft or whatever
1.punter sucks
2.kickoffs are not deep enough,doubt if we'd have a tb all season,a new punter might fix that problem,a lot of teams have their punter kickoff
3.no kick returner,betts is ok as a kickoff returner,but thrash sucks as a punt returner,Gibbs always had a great punt returner in his earlier stint,and that makes a big difference in field position,thrash is a great faircatcher
4.no pass rushing def lineman,i cant remember the last one we had,jumpy geathers?
if we had any of those 4 things we win this game today,i think the very best we can hope for at this point is 9-6,we have too many defiscencies too overcome,the only chance we have is for the other team to give us some turnovers,but it,s been the other way around,we got lucky today with collins 1 mistake,otherwise were not even in this game

its got nothing to do with courage,im not a norv fan,just stating the facts,he was the last coach to beat dallas in dallas before this yr
