On a serious note why does everyone keep insisting that Gibbs makes the play calls when it has been stated that he in fact does not make the play calls? I believe Jack Burns makes the play calls with a general direction given from Gibss. As is "run the ball down their throats" with maybe a drive specific directive every now and then. I am pretty sure this is how it works. Am I wrong? I think the overall direction of the offense is obviously a reflextion of Gibbs' wishes but he didn't make the "pitch right" call that Portis scored on. Burns did. Gibss even said so.

the rams are not a good team, the running and defense was good, and our playcalling worked, but only because they were really THAT bad. If we had to play the roids last sunday i don't think we would have come out.

that said, we won, we should win next week, and hopefully two weeks from now we'll be in good enough shape to beat a good team again.
