YOU MUST HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP B/C YOUR DREAMING |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
it is different.. they use that tee in college and it iisn't like the pressure the pros face.. you have to be 80 % from 40 yards, in the wind, all year or you are gone
yeah, but 70% from 57+ is impressive regardless of tees. and i don't believe any of those kicks were indoors. |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
how can the browns beat us? grr.
|
Re: 12:01 am: source info
It was b.s. when they beat us two years ago! Lee Suggs looked like Ricky Watters that day.

Re: 12:01 am: source info
You Would Think With All The Delays Of Fa That There Would Be More To Report At This Time.

Re: 12:01 am: source info
Here's some news. Don't know if it is good news or not.
Giants | Team will meet with Arrington Sunday Fri, 10 Mar 2006 21:30:33 -0800 Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, citing Newsday, reports free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) will meet with the New York Giants Sunday, March 12. |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
that's news. thank you.
hopefully some other crappier non nfc east team snatches him up before that! GO KC! |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
Wow!!! You wouldn't believe this.
NFL | Arrington gathering a lot of interest Fri, 10 Mar 2006 21:32:04 -0800 Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) has drawn interest from 14 teams, according to agent Carl Poston. |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
"interest" is a very loose word. Especially when it's coming from the player's agent

Especially from that turd muffin of an agent. I wish Lavar could quit them. |

sounds like a plan... |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
Not really they're more like con artists if you ask me. Scum of the earth, but most agents are.

The Postons take the cake. Two of the most miserable humans to ever breathe. |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
It's a toss up between them and Rosenhaus.

Re: 12:01 am: source info
Per Clayton on the 4 letter:
D.C. lobbying players: The Redskins came out swinging. They made contact after midnight Friday with 49ers defensive end Andre Carter, Rams safety Adam Archuleta, Chiefs quarterback Todd Collins and Steelers receiver Antwaan Randle El and have them flying in as early as Saturday. |

I would also love to see Collins, and Carter, not so sure if Randle El is the guy we need. But HAIL!!! |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
so what if taylor stays with the team. then we are stuck with a backup safety making millions
|
Re: 12:01 am: source info
i don't like the safety signing... rather have a guy like chavous or whatever. R'El would be a great returner and slot guy. Patten may stick around as the #2 this way.
I don't know much about carter, hopefully that's the guy they think will fix our problems. with kampman gone and mathis probably being super expensive, its a reasonable choice i guess. surprised no word on a CB or DT though. guess that's saved for the draft or tomorrow. |

not really. williams will use a lot of 3 safety formations. archuleta played linebacker in college so he will be able to man a hybrid s/lb position for the skins.. |
Re: 12:01 am: source info
just say no to archuletta.bad cover skills and was caught out of position alot this past season.just resign ryan clark and spend the money elsewhere
|
Re: 12:01 am: source info
Just talked to a reliable "source" of mine and here's a quick and dirty summary:
-He expects the Skins to be very aggressive in free agency. Not quite like 2000, but much more aggressive than we've seen in the last few years. Skins will make several early splashes, Redskins One will be very busy. Skins will look to address most of their needs in free agency. -Look for the Skins to acquire 'several' big names, and expect at least one trade for a restricted free agent. He expects we'll have several new starters in '06. -Gibbs and company are gearing up for a championship run and feel they are just a few players away from being serious contenders in 2006. -Ramsey deal is all but done. I'll post more info as I get it.
so far so good, A Archuelata (his last name is very similiar to the spanish word for pork chop), carter, randle, and the trade would be B. Lloyde . . . |
