That and the fact that I would be paying rent as opposed to saving money so I can actually buy my own place. But then again, I live in montgomery county, so I could be saving money for a veeeeeeerrrrrry long time.

Yeah that's why I moved south. Housing prices in Anne Arundel County were going up 25-35% a year for like 6 years straight. Let's just say my salary wasn't going up 35%/year to match it;)
