can't say for sure...you'll have to talk to other freshmen when you get to College Park to see. i never bothered getting one because i always knew older people that would make beer runs for me in college. and in Salisbury, it was actually quite difficult to get away with using one.

but it has to be a really good one, and you can't look like Opie Taylor either. that's the problem with most fake IDs...the people getting them just plain don't look old enough.

my cousin, who is at UMD and will have no problem helping me out, has one and doesn't need it. He threw a party a few weeks ago and got everythign he needed without being carded. He is 20 so he is close enough but he said he didn't need it at 19 either at times.

you can download all the state ID info/scans. you can get IDs for as little as 20$ (national ids usually). to make your own you'll need at least a lamination machine, but one that does holograms is better.

a good fake will run you about 100 bucks, but honestly its easier and cheaper to make your own, just need a cpu(check) a printer (probably check) scissors, a nail file and some clear nail polish and you have yourself a new birthday on your existing ID

edit: takes some patience as well
