Here is an example of what I work on. The past few weeks I've been working close to 15 hour days on these shows. My boss, the director, and I review potential shows/races. And discuss contract terms. Then he works on negotiating the deal (I do some of the smaller scale negotiations) and once he gets the shows confirmed then I work on scheduling them on our air
