The season was over long ago and Brunell wasn't going to all of a sudden turn things around. No he's not entirely to blame, but the time has come to make a change.

Our season was over before we made the QB change. Do you mean to tell me that the team still had a chance to make the playoffs with Brunell as the QB? Were you watching the games?

Whenever a team struggles mightily on offense like we have, the first person to go the QB. Does it always work? No. But theres no one else you can really bench. We can't bench the o-line or the receivers.

We HAD a shot. Its in the past, move on. JC brings a breathe of fresh air......something to look forward to watching. Just watching him develop into a true NFL QB will be interesting. We haven't had that since P.Ram......and I think JC has shown (at least in the preseason) that he's more talented and poised than P.Ram ever was.

What the hell is your problem? Yes, the season is over. Yes, it sucks. Yes, we are moving towards the future. There is no downside to starting JC. The playoffs are out of the picture and we all know MB isn't going to be starting next year. Get the sand out of your vagina.

Critizing JC's playing before he even steps out on the field does nothing. And the fact that you already have him pegged as a mediocre quarterback for his entire career is just naive and close-minded.

Funny thing about life, just when you think you have it figured out, the un-expected happens. It won't be a Super bowl, at this point I want to see improvement on the offensive side of the ball so next year it will look brighter.

Maybe we will see enough of a spark throughout the team that all the other players will try harder and keep their heads in the game more.

The article speaks well of his character, Gibbs loves character guys, and I'm hoping his play on the field will eventually match his character.

I'm excited about him having the opportunity, and want so badly for him to work out and be one of the cornerstones of our team for years to come. I've seen so many QB's come through here in the last fifteen or twenty years, and none lasted very long. I'm hoping with Jason, "The Buck Stops Here".
