giants have been on the turd rollercoaster ever since their two owners died!!!
where's the team discipline ? when a guy can skip all of training camp and play the 1st game,what kind of message does that send to the rest of the team?despite that,they always play tough against the redskins.

RB is not even close. They have no one.

Their secondary is one of the worst in the league, ours is FAR better.

I'd say our LBs are better. O-Line when healthy.

Cooley over Shockey.

We have the best FB in the league.

I could even say that Campbell is better than Eli at this point.

They MIGHT have better WRs but not by much with the way Randel El has been playing this year.

hey...I don't like the Giants, but they have talent....they always have talent...but who the hell cares. It's a team game. We have the least talented D-line in the league...But it's about discipline..playcalling...intelligence

RB - agreed.
Secondary - agreed.
LBs - agreed.
TE - I love Cooley, but slow down. Shockey is a headcase, and I wouldn't trade Cooley for Shockey, but he is very talented.
FB isn't especially relevant, but since the Giants FB is a rookie, I'd say we get the edge.
QB - I'm no Eli fan, but I'd grade Campbell a promising "incomplete".
WR - Moss vs. Burress is like apples vs. oranges. And as we all know, apples always win, so us.
D-line - they get the edge right now. I wish it weren't the case, and it might not be later in the year, but it is now.
O-line - Before our injuries, us by a mile. Now Us by a hair.

Sorry but Eli is playing better than JC right now. It may not be the case in the future but right now Eli is better.

Shockey and Cooley are probably even. No way you can say Cooley is better. I hate Shockey but you can't deny his talent.

I would say Plaxico B. is playing as good as any WR in the NFL. I'm not saying he is better than Santana but he is going to be hard to deal with on Sun.

The arguement JC over Eli is that JC has found a way to win our games. I agreee with your other post.

That is true. But the defense had a lot to do with those wins too. Giants dropped 35 on a good Dallas defense and lost. That concerns me.

Oh, I'm not at all. Eli has had several years to progress and like Patrick Ramsey, he's not. He still makes the same mistakes. Campbell has shown great progress from his "rookie" season last year. He's smarter on the field, is more mobile, has a better arm and seems to learn from his mistakes and actually makes himself better. Eli is mediocre and doesn't seem to be changing from that.

Besides, Manning might not even play Sunday and if he does, it's very possible he won't finish the game. Campbell will be better this week and will be better when we compare them at the ends of the careers.

Strahan is the biggest problem of them all. Yesterday, I was heard an interview he gave where he blamed practices. Said they are not going full-speed in practice so not getting used to the timing and when they get to the game it becomes a lot of guessing or some non-sense like that. I wanted to puke. I thought, "well maybe if your lazy a$$ was at practice when you are SUPPOSED to go full speed, it wouldn't be a problem." I want to kick him in the mouth, but I am afraid my foot will get stuck in the gap in his teeth.

But we didn't. If Gibbs wasn't such a damn pansy with his play calling we would have won too...but we didn't. We should have won that game, and we didn't. Give the Giants credit for beating us, they deserved to beat us.

It was a good game, very frustrating for the G-men in the first half with the drops and extremely frustrating for us Skins fans in the second half as we could not get off the field on third downs. That was the key to me, the Giants played with confidence, while the Skins rarely played with any. Suxx.
