Won't happen. Seattle is much different team on the road, and on the road, they are less than average. Seattle bows out this week.

Giants to beat the cowboys, packers to beat the giants, packers to beat the jags/colts in the super bowl. These are my 3 wishes. But it will probably be cowboys/patriots super bowl thus making the worst super bowl ever for a redskins fan.

I couldn't believe an article i read today about how much of cry baby Eli Manning is. I knew He was crying about not wanting to be drafted in San Diego cause he wanted to play for the Giants, but the article I read today says that in that same year he was crying about wanting to be traded to San Diego cause he wanted to be on a winning team and that the Giants pretty much sucked..... WTF? well i don't know if any of you guys knew about it but it shocked me. I hated Eli because of his lil crybaby thing but now i hate him even more. I posted this in another thread but i'll put it here too since this thread is about the Giants. If you didn't know this check it out for yourselves it's pretty interesting.... i know i said i had put it on another thread... and no i didn't know it was fake. I've read about this story on a couple different sites so I thought it was real and it didn't sound fake to me but like i said on the other thread i didn't even know that the Chargers wanted him in the draft so you know about it more then i do. I just posted it because i read it and thought it was interesting. If it's fake then i guess read it if you want if not then don't..... and no i wasn't trying to make anyone laugh at my "joke" cause i didn't know it was fake... There's a Chargers message board about it if you want to read it... like i said it still sounds real to me but i don't really know if it is or not?

Oh well like i said sorry if it's not real Didn't realize but still kinda funny. I guess the Chargers fans talking about it on there message board were just F-ing around too. I didn't really get to read that one on the message board but that also made me think it was real since they were talking about it on there. well once again sorry i misunderstood the fake story. I guess it was the few oxycontin's i took, i'm still pretty woozy well you know bout them painkillers....lol

Hey Giantone I really hope your team wins this weekend. My cousin is a HARDCORE Cowboys fan and wouldn't stop talking about how good they are and how bad they're going to beat the Giants so we ended up betting $100 on the game. Can you believe it I'm relying on Eli to help me not loose $100 just cause I couldn't stand all that talk about the cowboys being so good and I wanted to prove him wrong. Do you really believe that the Giants will win that game? I was hoping the Skins would go against them because I would of definately bet on them but i'm not so sure about the Giants.... I hope Eli plays like a Citizen watch....lol

I think its funny that almost all redskins fans think that almost every team is "arrogant" and "full of themselves". I find that kind of amusing because i dont really think you realize how arrogant and in your face a lot of redskins fans are. So please, don't be hypocritical.

And the only reason why people around the D.C. area hate the redskins is because the fans are really obnoxious and in your face about everything. Just a little FYI for all of you.

you know i've actually seen a couple of Skins fans like that here but it's just like any other team. All teams have those kinds of fans but most the Redskins fans i've seen here aren't like that... to be honest with you where i'm from the most "obnoxious" fans are the patriots fans and the Cowboys fans, but that's just here where i'm from I wouldn't know if the D.C. area really hates the redskins or not.... but hey what were you trying to do with that post?

I think most would watch it out of curosity, but I'd grow quite weary of seeing the same teams in the Super Bowl year in and year out. Of course, the only exception to that rule would be the Redskins. ;)

Seeing the Patriots and the Cowboys in the Super Bowl doesn't excite me. Actually, it would probably be the first time that I didn't root for either SB team. Seeing the Packers in the Super Bowl against the Patriots (or Jaguars) would be nice. I'd love to see Brett get one more SB ring before he hangs up the cleets.

I think the problem is that it seems like there's a good chance that it could be a Patriots vs. Cowboys SB and for most people on here the team they hate most in the AFC are the Patriots and then the Cowboys for obious reasons so who would want to see a SB between their two least favorite teams? I'll probably watch it no matter who goes. It seems like a lot of people here would be willing to watch it if the Packers make it or the Jags but they're out now.

Go Packers, but seriously the fact that the number 5 seed and the number 2 seed are still alive in the NFC, just proves to me that the NFC representative could have been anyone from the Skins to the Cowboys (6th seed - 1st seed). At this point I think the Packers are the best chance left in the NFL for someone to knock off the Patriots. That is all I can about at this point.

i've said since the skins lost i'm going for gb,and i am.i think the giants have a better chance of beating NE in the superbowl than GB does though.the giants defense looked great yesterday,and the packers looked sos o saturday.but i hate the giants and eagles on the same level i do dallas.nonethe less,i'd be happy to see somebody hang a loss on that prick belichek!

As beat up as the Giants' secondary is, I don't know how well they would fare against NE. Though, IF they get through GB, they may have just enough tim to get healthy.
