For a non-Skins jersey, I would go with Favre for current players, and a Riggins NY Jets jersey for past.

I've tried, and I actually am incapable of wearing any team's jersey other than the Redskins. I had a couple of Pro Bowl jerseys and a Colts Jersey but just didn't ever feel right wearing them. In fact, I just swapped out my authentic Colts jersey for an old-school Stephen Davis Adidas Authentic for occasional everyday use.

The only non-Redskin NFL football jersey I own or would wear is #28 Marshall Faulk. When he was playing, I thought he was the most versatile running back ever. Eventhough I live in St. Louis, the Redskins have always been my favorite team but it was very hard not to like Marshall Faulk and the greatest show on turf.

I will probably buy a Favre and a Marino jersey at some point to have...but I doubt I'd ever wear them out...that's just weird.

[SIZE=3][COLOR=black][B]Warren Moon[/B][/COLOR][/SIZE]...hands down. He was one of my favorite QB's growing up. A classy individual, and a great role model who played the position like it is supposed to be played...


If there was a stipulation that it had to be a currently active player, then it would be [B]Peyton Manning[/B] for very similar reasons.

Walter Payton. Sweetness. Easy choice for me. One of the classiest guys ever to play the game, and never ran out of bounds. He'd have played the game for free. I was really sad when he died at a young 45.
