I love this post! Jordy is awesome! I pray the skins have this guy on their radar we could really use a guy like this.Pick him up 3rd rd.Baby(if he's still there..he may be gone by second).
Thats why its going to be an akward situatuion for the redskins in the second round, they will probably ponder whether to take Jordy Nelson in the second or to see if he falls to the third round.
Yeah, but i think he'll be gone by the third round and i don't think we should reach in the 2nd to get him. Here are some dudes that might be around:
(I hope that Jordy or Caldwell are around but i doubt it)

William Franklin, Missouri
Height: 6-0. Weight: 214.
Projected 40 Time: 4.40.
Combine 40 Time: 4.37.
Vertical: 34.5. Broad .
Projected Round: 3.
William Franklin's 4.37 (at 214 pounds) made some noise at the combine. His vertical wasn't too shabby either.

Paul Hubbard, Wisconsin
Height: 6-2. Weight: 221.
Projected 40 Time: 4.43.
Combine 40 Time: 4.47.
Pro Day 40 Time: 4.38.
Vertical: 39.5. Broad 10-6.
Projected Round: 3-4.

Jerome Simpson, Coastal Carolina
Height: 6-1. Weight: 190.
Projected 40 Time: 4.46.
Combine 40 Time: 4.37.
Vertical: 37.5. Broad 11-4.
Projected Round: 4.

Arman Shields, Richmond
Height: 6-0. Weight: 194.
Projected 40 Time: 4.44.
Combine 40 Time: 4.44.
Vertical: 37.5. Broad 10.8.
Projected Round: 7-FA.

You may be right but I think I'd rather reach for Jordy in the 2nd then go with one of these guys. IMO its a precipitous drop off in talent. It looks like Albert may be a top 10 pick anyway so we unfortunately we wont have to worry about it.

Would he be available with our compentsary pick in the third. Or would we have to take him with our original 3rd.

The only thing with that is that Jordy might be picked in the second because of how he was at the combine and the way he performed all year long.
