So it looks like he's going to be wearing his college number 98. Suddenly those old Jessie Armstead or Lamar Marshall jerseys are relevant again. Dig 'em out and get the name plate changed.

As a fellow old schooler, I couldn't agree more. Clever nicknames not needed, just RESULTS. Until Orakpo can put up Dexter Manley-esque numbers I'll just wait...I've been betrayed before.

Nicknames just happen. They come from spontaneity; you can't force them. Posting up ideas before the masses, is well, a little contrived. Joe Bugel knows this all too well.

I saw this thread down on the first page and thought id give one my friend came up with. Hes a Longhorn and Cowboy fan and was really upset we got him on draft day. One of his nicknames in college was "osackpo" my friend took it one step further and nicknamed him "asackpro" last year. It kinda has a nice ring to it.

Yeah, I'm kinda with this mentality. Nicknames on the field should have something to do with his play, not just his name. ie. McNabb=McChoke. See how that works? :D
