THAT was............not so good
It's freaking Tom Brady to Randy Moss, what do you expect. Good hustle by Carter though. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
I could get open with the cushion we are giving
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Another brilliant play by DeAngelo Hall! Great coverage.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
good opening drive for us. not a good job by the defense to keep that momentum going though. pats right down the field for a td.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Moss demands a cushion, unfortunately.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Wow. No pressure from that D line...secondary didnt look good
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
No holding on the TD play?
They are probably being lax with the holding calls to protect QBs...especially Tom Brady. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Damn DBs gotta get it together.....and quick!
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Actually I didn't think Hall did too poorly there, just perfect execution by the best QB WR tandem possibly ever
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Looked to me like a holding call was missed on that TD pass.
|

Well said. Like I said, it's freaking Brady to Moss. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Hall wasn't in bad postion on that pass at all, but if Blache thinks he can stop Brady to Moss without safety help, it ain't going to work.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
They are probably being lax with the holding calls to protect QBs...especially Tom Brady.
And yet they let Campbell get CREAMED after the pass on the same play that they called Heyer for holding. It's turning into the NBA.

Of course. If Tom Brady doesn't hurt his knee, we don't see the Brady rule. That's what happens when you have a bitchy fan base/media like that in Boston. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
I like the way Thomas looks on KO ret's.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Truth is though, without Rogers, safety help is a pretty finite resource. Gotta leave it wherever Moss is.

Don't get me started with the Boston Celtics |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Malcom Kelly looks like a starter, Devin showed good burts on Kick Off Return...
Marcus Mason, should make the team as a short yardage back...Easy TD |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
WTF was that prostate exam commercial? I'm 26 and now I feel like I need to get one ASAP.

You might want to.........throttle back a bit on the Red Bull.........comrade |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Shit! F'ing pressure. Good deep throw though.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
God how do u miss that!
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
I like the aggressive vertical offense but we need to start connecting.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
God how do u miss that!
JC had pressure...damn, good vertical by A. Thomas. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
JC had pressure...damn, good vertical by A. Thomas.
no doubt! what a jump! and a nice hit on the punt coverage! |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Kelly is getting lots of targets...we may have something there. That ball that Adalius knocked down was meant for MK.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
It didn't look like Campbell got everything behind that on that last pass.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
JC had pressure...damn, good vertical by A. Thomas.
Yeah he did. And again, I thought the Brady rule said that a defender can't dive at the QB's knees, which is what they just did to Campbell. So does the QB have to blow out a knee or just date a supermodel for that rule to be in effect?
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
tryon makes a play, how about those apples
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
no doubt! what a jump! and a nice hit on the punt coverage!
Actually, the announcer just said that JC was hit, didn't see that (the A. Thomas bat down). Man, the Pats are freaking lucky, how didn't they lose that ball on the punt. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Looks like Zorn decided to open it up a bit tonight. I like it.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
JC had pressure...damn, good vertical by A. Thomas.
Yea......but I didn't think it was possible to overthrow Moss. Thomas does have good hops becuz that was a easy first down. If he threw it any higher it would've been out of bounds. |

You obviously have missed the "Supermodel Daters" section of the rule book. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Zorn opened it up last week, but after two plays didn't work the fanbase nearly lost it.
|

Or play for a Boston or New York team. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Campbell's deep accuracy is really poor.

I thought it was they couldn't lunge at the knees with their helmet leading? Who knows... |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Campbell's deep accuracy is really poor.
Yup, how dare he miss that long pass while getting hit. Although that pass last week was just being inaccurate. |
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
We need to get Brady dirty.
|
Re: Redskins Patriots game thread.
Campbell's deep accuracy is really poor.
Moss probably would have gotten there if he didn't slip. I don't think it was any more an overthrow than the 47 yarder that Cutler hit on last week.
