@FD - that's my favorite. The lone asshole who can't see that it says Express - 10 Items or Less when they roll up with a cart full of crap...actually it's not a case of seeing, they just don't care.

I work about 3 miles from where I live, so much more often than not, I go home for lunch. Not one stinkin' car in front of me used their turn signal when I went home for lunch today. 5 different cars turned left or right in front of me and couldn't be bothered to use a freakin' turn signal.

That's my vibe on society in general. No one cares about anyone but themselves anymore. It's a frickin' shame...

^^^ yeah those people who have more than 20 items each in teh 15 or less aisle piss me off, especially those couples who break their 40 plus items up into two piles acting like they are two separate customers but then just pay all at once.

- i follow every civil/polite society law there is, well i try to anyway but 1 day there were huge lines at the grocery store and no one in the 15 or less aisle so the guy working the 15 or less aisle (who im cool with, joke with when im getting groceries) calls me over to his aisle and is like "man, you know you dont have to wait in those lines with all those other people buddy, your a vip in here" . . so im like crap, of course after i loaded my things on teh belt a bunch of people with 15 items or less start getting in line and then, plow, im that ahole with 40 plus items in the 15 item line.

im an easy going guy, dont let my lil rants fool ya, i just get mad when i go out of my way to do the right things and others are intentionally doing what they know they shouldnt do.

ps - firstdown, the bars places i go arent bad per se, normally people dont start stuff with me, im an easy peaceful guy, too old to fight every jackass askin for it, just this weekend really got me ready to throw down b/c 2 guys in less than 8 hrs started ish with my girl. freakin step to a man, not his woman.

i dont know whether this thread is helpin me vent or gettin me all fired up refreshing what pisses me off.

I'm the same way as you following the civil/polite society laws. It also bugs the crape out of me when I take my time to hold the door open for someone and they walk in or out without saying thank you. When they do that I usually give them the loud "your welcome".

I hate going down (or up) an escalator, particularly a crowded escalator, only to find at the end of the escalator is some fooling standing there looking around. Get the F out of the way!

I hate how on those rare occasions I catch the Smurfs on tv, it's those stupid Johan and Peewit stories, with nary a Smurf.

I hate how Theo, Denise, and Vanessa had no respect for Lamont when he passed away.

@SS - 1) As you know, DC Metro is notorious for that, 2) Check out OnDemand or YouTube for Smurfs episodes with actual Smurfs...I watch them with my kids, and 3) Rudy didn't care either, she just wanted to use the bathroom

I hate sitting on hold for 20 minutes which I'm up to now. I also hate when they finally pick up the line I'm talking to someone in another country and have no clue what they are saying. I know thats going to happen now that I have been on hold for 21 minutes.

F this I was on hold for 50 minutes and just finally hung up. When I say on hold I'm not sitting here holding the phone its on speaker phone but its still waist my time and what I can do.

i hate that my brother tried to tell me i couldn't yell at his puppy if it ran behind my TV and got tangled in all the cords and unplugged have my universe. He tried to tell me that if i insisted on yelling at his dog, that he would yell curse words at my 6 year old. Everyone knows about brotherly love, i told him to get up and come over here and punch me now, because the moment he yells at my kid, his ass is grass. we had a stare off.

It's getting close to that time again, where i need to remind him who the BIG brother is.

I'd save the dog.

Sure the dog will die in 4 or 5 years. But thats my best friend. He'll fetch. Lick my face. Maybe even provide me with puppies I can adopt out to other families. He'll make the quality of my life a little better, even if for a short period of time.

Once Mike Vick fetches, licks my face and starts providing me with a source of income, I'll consider saving his.

But yeah. This is the rant thread.

Oh man, this is a serious way to get me aggravated. But, and Matty and the rest of the good drivers will rant at me about this, I nearly always will do the following, If the light changes, and for no fault of mine (in other words I'm not daydreaming or way late), and someone behind me honks before I can even hit the gas pedal, I pull an Eddie Murphy BHC on him, and wait at the light till it turns yellow, then I drive slowly until they pass me at which point I resume normal driving. Once I had a lady speed past pull in front of me, and drive 10 under the speed limit, which I thought was hilarious cuz she was the one in such a huge hurry she had to honk.

I try not to do this anymore, mainly cuz I don't wanna get shot by some maniac, but I REALLY hate people honking their horn like that.

Hate it when people won't let you change lanes. Yesterday I was trying to get into the left lane and the car behind me in the left lane was a good car length behind, so I put on my signal and start moving over and wouldn't you know he started speeding up and got right up my ass. I mean c'mon is that really necessary? It's not like I was cutting him off. We're in heavy traffic and you want to fight me for a spot? F'ing idiots.

I hate the people who toss all their trash out of their car along our roads. Today I was sitting at an off ramp and was just stunned at all the trash thrown out. I just saw a crew clean this area about a month ago and now its trashed again.

Before I say what I'm about to say, I've been a Skins' fan longer than you have been alive. I'm pissed right now. I saw a bunch of SOFT, OVER-PAID, B**** MADE MUTHAF***AS on Sunday play against the G-Men. Yes, I'm talking about the whole entire Skins Team. First, the defense got their a**es handed to. Again, the d-line looked like s*** most of the game (Haynesworth is soft and not worth that large contract) and the secondary couldn't stop d***. Landry is always late with the help, he needs to shut the f*** up and learn how to play. Sure, he is a hard hitter but he sucks a d*** at saftey. D-Hall is the softest b**** on the team, next to Portis. He looked like a high school CB out there among men on Sunday. Shouldn't have let Springs go for this sorry a** b****. Smoot is straight up the worst CB in the league. The only thing he could cover is a d*** with them big a** l**s......LOL. Offense looked like s*** but what else is new. You bamas can't seem to do s***. Moss, is NOT a number 1 receiver. If he was on any other team he would be a number 2, maybe even a number 3 receiver. Portis had that one good run to start the game and didn't see s*** after that. Oh, wait a minute, the camara caught him s*****g your d*** on the sidelines..... Damn, we need some new players cause you guys are not getting s*** done and I can't believe management keeps bringing the same soft s** b****es back every year thinking this year will be different. HA...I'm going through this right now too, frustrating, especially when someone tosses a cig butt back at me.

I had to hit my horn hard when someone on a cellphone cut me off last week. Later in the day, my horn just started blowing as I was driving and I had to pull over and yank the fuse. :D

Apparently the horn button got mashed when I hit it and it's stuck "on".

Pulling the cover should loosen it up and fix it....just have not gotten around to doing it yet.

Actually alot of car makers stopped putting in ash trays back around 10 years ago. Some have them some don't.

There's usually an option to add one. If you bought the car without one, there's always ashtrays that sit in your cupholder.

All of the smokers are just losing resale value anyways, I refuse to buy a car that has been smoked in. Febreeze can't hide it completely either.
