I got my info from what was on the news early this morning....the homicide detectives have alleged that based on skid marks in the road, etc....that she was trying to throw him off intentionally.....

Tragic to say the least...The circumstances surrounding his death is on watch now by most of us. I'm curious about the details. Again, my prayers and condolences go out to his family, and espically his young children.

i'm sorry for that statement, but the evidence is obvious i thought. They said that the marks and everything on the road said that she was obviously trying to swerve and sling him out of the truck bed....which she did...and that killed him.

Who knows, she could have been very upset and driving erratically, maybe she wasn't aware he jumped in the truck... point is nothing is obvious until they conclude the investigation.

I'm sorry for pointing out speculation as fact, but all we know so far is that homicide detectives were called to the scene last night to collect evidence and try and re-create the accident, etc...

There were tire tracks in the front yard...so my most educated guess is that she went to drive off..she peeled out in the front yard (making the tracks). Chris ran after the truck....jumped in the back...and when she realized he was in the back, she started swerving to try and throw him out (thereby making the swervy skid marks in the road that police found)....she succeeded in throwing him out.

Thats just my take on what happened.

And this is where the investigation needs to step in and find out exactly what happened. While it is a very sad situation, many things could have happened. Henry's wife may have felt threatened, which could have led to the erratic driving that led to Henry's demise. Regardless, it is a very sad situation for everyone involved.

you have GOT to feel for those kids...no father and most likely a mother soon to be behind bars...it's the kinda situation that completely nullifies henry's money...cuz that won't change anything.

Even if she felt threatened I know it sounds shitty she should not have done that...The doors were locked. I wanna say its a freak accident but in light of the recent events you know exactly what it looks like.

Why speculate on something like this. For all we know he could have been reaching in trying to get her to stop causing her to swerve and him falling off the truck. This is just so sad that these 3 young kids have lost their dad and if the facts show she caused his death they have also lost their mom.

RIP Chris but was he murdered defending his family in his own home? I wouldn't say this is identical.

Either way, it is tragic and sad that young men who could accomplish great things had everything taken away.

the 3 children are the ones I most concerned about at this point. Also I don't think you can really link this to ST other than you went to sleep with CH on life support and wake up to find the young man has passed. The situations surrounding the 2 men's deaths are not at all the same. Chris has been known for these domestic situations and I am not letting the woman off the hook either, if found that she threw him out of the truck on purpose she should be charged with Man slaughter in the very least. Who knows the real emotions or facts about what occured yesterday evening.
