Chargers need to keep momentum going into the game. A two week layoff for their starters isn't good going into their playoff game. They will build a lead and then rest them, but those guys need to stay in a rhytm like LT said. Don't want to be flat come playoff time. It would be nice to see Norv giving Danny the finger. Norv's firing is what caused all this shit, meaning it set the nasty precendent for the next decade after his canning. Would love to see SD win the whole enchilada also, so Norv can really tell Danny boy where to stick it.
I like Gus... not sure about the bolded text but the rest I like.

I think Norv will rest Rivers and others in the 2nd half if we're up by 21 or so. But I think he wants the W bad (like the Cowgirls game), so he will probably keep Rivers in till he gets the job done.

Skins - 20
Bolts - 31

Good luck today...I mean that for the fans that want the Skins to win.
I guess no-luck for the fans of draft pick....(I think )

Cheering for your team to lose so you get a better draft pick is like cheering as your grandpa gets euthanized.

Always root for the win.

Oh I understand...I lived in this area when the Skins were king of the hill (with Jack Cooke )and my Chargers couldn't win a game to save their lives.

Danny-boy is screwin' it up some kinda bad.

Count me in the group that is rooting for a loss.

Hopefully some young players have great games and we keep it respectable, but I want a loss.

We need that top five pick. It's no guarantee to get a great player, but it usually means you get to choose the number one player at his position.

I would just love to hear the pregame conversation between Turner and Zorn.

I so excited this is zorns last game. I cant take another, positive spin, aw chucks, we played good out there prees confrence after a loss. His personality is why we sucked it up so much.

Its almost over now, and we are going to engage in the biggest off season in the Snyder era.

Since the Browns won, we automatically have a top 5 pick no matter if we win or lose.

Are you sure? Where can I find the current strength of schedule computation? I guess Seattle and Oakland had harder schedules? I know the Browns did.

Looks like we will have the 4th pick and 37th pick.

You mean 36th?

Re: skins v chargers

my understanding is that since we tied record-wise with cleveland, the positions rotate in the later rounds. so we would have the 4th and 37th and cleveland would have the 5th and 36th.

Not bad either way. We should be able to get a couple of young studs on the o-line. I mean.....Vinny's gone......right?

We didn't tie Cleveland record-wise. Cleveland finished 5-11 and we're 4-12.

Substitute KC for Cleveland and you nailed it.

Thanks Lotus :) I was going off of memory, and can't believe Cleveland had a better record than us :(
