Aww, Chase just doesn't have Brees's moxie.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Come on guys, is just the first game. Not that I'm making any excuses, but this is the first game against a pretty good defense, and with some deficiencies (bad o-line, unproven receivers, and a running game that needs to get better). A mediocre QB like JC won't overcome those deficiencies, yet I'm sure that will still be better than fat-ass JaMarcus.
hmmmm... sounds familiar........ So what you are saying is JC is still fucted? |

Somewhere somebody is calling Chase Daniel ... Chase Daniels.

Yeah but this is a different team. I just don't get why people get off on seeing him screw up. Is like, let it go. Ppl sound like bitter ex-girlfriends when talking about Campbell. Oh man, just saw a Panther's punt return guy running into his own guy. Yup, sloppy 4th quarter football in the preseason (in the rain). |

Like Carlos Rodgers and Kedric Gholston? |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
I still say 6-10. Campbell is still Campbell and their WR's are as unproven as ours. I do think they have a very good D. Oline didn't look too good either
Shouldn't be too hard for them to split their division, win against Arizona, St. Louis, and Seattle, and then get a few lucky bounces to win against two tougher teams and/or Jacksonville. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Man, Mount Cody has looked good in tonight's game. Too bad we couldn't pick him up, we would have been set at the NT position.
|

I hope our secondary looks like all-pros. After all, Stan Hixon is coaching the WRs there. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
LOL... I hear ya.
I hate the Bills BTW, I mean why couldnt they just lose that game back in 07.... |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Another 3 and out from Campbell.....it all sounds to familiar.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
We have seen that movie a few hundred times!

 Oh man, this made me laugh. On a sidenote, Troy Smith has looked horrible against the scrubs, although it's been in the rain. Still, some ppl were saying that the Bills should have traded for him. I don't think this is going to happen any time soon. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Who is the Bills signal caller? Is it still Edwards?
The only Bill I am intruiged with is Spiller. |
Who is the Bills signal caller? Is it still Edwards?
The only Bill I am intruiged with is Spiller.
I think so. Spiller to the Bills is a big waste. They have no offensive line, therefore not a good running game, and not much of a passing game. It'll be interesting to see Spiller in punt returns and kick returns. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
FYI, Tony Pike getting some playing time for the Panthers.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Hmm, it's close to Brennan time for the Raidah's. Will history repeat itself?

re: 2010 NFL Preseason
PUKES favoritism. Uncatchable ball and the refs STILL call pass interference.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
The bills have the least amount of talent in the NFL along with cleveland. We should play well tomorrow night.

Smootsmack will try to convince us that there's no 's' on the end of Chase's last name. However, the fact of the matter is Smootsmack works for ESPN, who as we all know control the sports world. Therefore if they want to take the s off your name they can easily pull it off. I mean does anybody really believe that Chad Johnson went down to city hall and changed his last name to Ochocino? No, that was done by ESPN. If you reverse ESPN you get NPSN which stands for Nudchec Prinao Sodn Esix. Which is Aztec for "Ruler of the Sports Realm which is English for New World Order. |

He should have gave you the parking passes too. I would suggest taking the Metro. It's tough to find parking and when yo do it's very expensive. |

Colts wearing 1955 throwbacks...with blue helmets.

re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Romo doesn't get enough credit for being an elite quarterback in this league. I absolutely loathe the credit the Cowboys get for simply putting a team on the field year after year, as if the status quo is for historic franchises to fold up when the going gets tough. And I hate that grin as much as anyone. But Romo almost doesn't get enough respect.
And Asomugha, boy, that guy is a player. I know I'm stating the obvious, but that guy is worth every dollar the Raiders pay for him. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Romo is a stud no doubt, but I still say McNabb is better... And for Asomugha, yea that guy is a star.. I hate that most ppl don't get to see him play out there in Oakland. Too bad he's wasting his dominant years with a 6 win team every season

The guy is obviously one of the best QB's in the league right now and he cemented that reputation last year. For me the 5 best QB's in the league are 1a. P. Manning 1b. Brady 1c. Brees 4. Rivers 5. Romo Hopefully after this year McNabb will be on that list. He'd certainly make a list right now of the most consistent QB's. By the way, hypothetically speaking, if we could have one of the current young QB's in the league who would you take?

Ryan
Flacco
Stafford
Sanchez
Bradford
Clausen
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
I'd say Matt Ryan

If Matt Ryan has the season I think he's capable of this year, we might have to expand it to top six. Give me Ryan, then Bradford/Josh Freeman in terms of prospects. Then it's a mixed bag of developmental young guys. |
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
I'll take Matt Ryan too. Flacco has been successful, however he has that monster defense and a great running game.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
We're starting a drive in the red zone? For actual?
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Kolb was brilliant on the Eagles opening drive, but a lot of that is probably the Jaguars defense.
|
re: 2010 NFL Preseason
Jags OTs playing at a high level. Rest of their team, not so much.

Impossible, they drafted Tyson Aloua. |
