I know Shanny is a Torain guy, so I am assuming he is well-suited for the zone blocking. It would be nice if he turned to be a solid producer too, since the Skins haven't done well in recent years growing their own cheap talent. I am interested to see what Williams can do as well. I think youth is always the way to go in the backfield. And having Portis around will still provide a vetran presence.

I am a asst commish of a 32 team owner Madden League. The league is called Hub City. Its on LeagueDaddy.com and its a free league to join. The pass word is 811. We play each other online on our PS3 and then record the scores at league daddy. Go check it out we will be having our new season draft coming up soon so if you go join Hub City you can be included in the next draft. Do you have time to play 3-4 games a week? Let me know if your interested.
I got nothing but time, Do you play NCAA also? Cause I am the commish of a online league in our 5th year.

I have in the past but now just play only Madden. Between work, family kids. and working out thats the only game I have time to play. Madden is hard enough to master.

No problem its hard to find players on the warpath cause 75% of the members use 360.
when did ARE and Moss get coached by Martz?
I guess Saunders coached them that way.

Trying to remember previous posts on other message boards is a pain.

Whatever, the point still stands.

Refs will do whatever it takes to bend, I mean, interpret the rules for no good reason.

I guess it makes sense though, because even though Banks made the roster, it didn't look like he'd really contribute at all this season. Torain though will contribute. Hell I'd sign BB though to the practice squad immediately.

I'd of course have to see it differently. We have Portis, and Williams at RB now. We just picked up Simpson, who I don't think can be put on the PS, although I could be wrong. So that means we have 3 RB active already even though one is still learning the offense. Why activate 4?

Also I'd say I agree with you that Banks was not used but I think his usage should have been explored more. Meaning the team used him as a WR but didn't during the regular season. He's a good KR/PR and they didn't use him during the regular season. He did extremely well with the screen passes and the team didn't even try him in that roll during the regular season. I also think they should have explored using him in the Wild Cat. no he's not a QB but neither was Portis. All he would need to do is run to one side of the field with blockers and throw a short 10-15 yrd pass back across the field to whomever in the open.

I just hope no one scoops him up and he's put on the practice squad.

Would of liked to see BB out there especially since we are play the lambs this week, but whatever the FO thinks I'm good with. Hopefully he makes it to the PS.

HTTR.

He may not even be active this week.

Also, Shanahan has always split the carries of his backs. CP never broke 300 carries in season during his early years in Denver, although he did get the majority of the carries.

Why? IF he wasn't going to contribute this season why even bother with the PS? The next two drafts are going to be loaded with nice tall Wrs. WE can fetch some good WR prospects in the 2nd and 3rd rounds next year and maybe in 2012!

Somehow stuffing someone on the practice squad means they are in plans to contribute for the season? Guys like Capers are on there and it is HIGHLY unlikely he is EVER going to see the active roster THIS SEASON unless they are DESPERATE for o-line help.

Would you stop talking about nice tall WRs. We all know the 2011 draft is deep at WR, but once again its been proven that you don't need to be 6'3 to be a good WR.
