^^ Through forty five years of marriage I have never thought about resorting to physical violence to solve any of the problems we may have had. My wife would have my ass locked-up if I even thought about striking her.

T.O isn't really a law breaker. In fact from the perspective of a police officer he's actually a model citizen. However on the football field and locker room he's usually been bad news

- Yelled at his OC
- Got involved in two fights with two different teammates (Witten and Douglas)
- Suggested one of his QB's was homosexual
- Had a very public feud with one of his teams franchise QB's (McNabb)

Among many other small trangressions that kind of just add up. Maybe putting him on the scumbag team was going a little to far.

Okay ill admit i just really really dont like TO. And Big Ben is a scum bag and i dont want to get into the whole rape allegation stuff but i dont believe the story is as cut and dry as the public opinion was. Rape is probably the most terriable thing you can accuse a man of and since the whole Duke scandle came apart i dont immediately take sides to allagations of that stuff.

Benson however to me is a little different. Im pretty certian every crime he's been charged with he has been found not-guilty or the charges have been dismissed. Just look at the wikipedia link you gave. Also I think his BUI arrest was racially moviated. His bartender assult thing i think was dropped; however, i cant find anything onthe internet one way or another which i think sides with the charges being dropped. Maybe im missing other stuff that he's done, but i dont think hes ever been convicted of anything. Plus he's never even been suspended by the NFL.

Benson is a loser, he's had multiple alcohol related offenses. Whether he's been convicted or not, it's clear the guy has a problem when it comes to the bottle and keeping himself under control. And with Ben, again multiple offenses when it comes to women. Convictions or not, it's clear he has issues.

Guilty as well, although I do think he's a massively talented wide receiver. I really hope this revelation will be a personal breakthrough for him, it sounds like this has been a big issue in his life.
