I don't know who was more stupid. Mike Brown for turning that down, or Vinny offering that deal. No wonder his phone hasn't rang since he was fired.

When people have said that he was a head case, i tried to think about what he has done. all i came up with was those stupid TD celebrations too. he could be a option as a FA WR, he is young and had a couple good seasons. but he has had some big drops in games that cost his team, and with him i think about Brandon Lloyd.

He was bad but so was Terrence Cody, the difference though was TC wore a shirt when he ran, AS didn't..

Jeff George ? We would be better off signing an " unrestriced " wr , then using # 6 on a QB or OL , then drafting a CB or WR with our 2nd rd pick IMO . I would like to have Wallace , but not for a 1st .

Not playing up to expectations but not bad either. Started 14 games last year I'm guessing the 2 missed starts were due to injury.

Grade: 66 | Key

Comment: Smith is an excellent combination of size, strength and athleticism. He has improved his hand use and ability to leverage defenders but needs to continue to develop in this area. He shows initial quickness off the line of scrimmage. He needs to stay connected more often to finish blocks.

Marcus Colston is arguably will be the best wide receiver in free agency this year. The Kansas City Chiefs, who are rumored to want Peyton Manning, would be wise to re-sign David Bowe especially if Manning becomes a Chief.
