I can't wait to watch RGIII play, but can he please get rid of all that junk on his left arm? Its not stylish, it looks stupid! QB's wearing gloves for no reason is a pet peave of mine. I feel old right now!

Good to hear that Moss has slimmed down. Sounds like he knows he needs to earn his spot this year.

True Art, very true, but the QB class he was in was supposed to be stellar and all 3 sucked. Let's hope RG can live up to 80% of the hype surrounding him.

In all seriousness though I'm a little worried that Griffin isn't wearing a rib protector as we all know to well the potential hits that mobile QB's can face on gameday.

.....or maybe RG3's wearing one but it's hard to see due to his lean frame?

Update: Never mind, found a few pictures of him at Baylor wearing one. Good to know, those ribs are worth millions upon millions of dollars according to Don Lapre.
he's right in line with many other starting qb's around his height for weight

I'm going to go out on a limb and say we're keeping 3 QBs on the active roster. 2 will dress on Sundays. I also say Crompton ends up back on the practice squad.

Re: RGIII Named Starter
Um, WTF?

RG3 and ..... Crompton?
They're not doing this to put Crompton as a first-teamer, they're doing it to give him 20% of the reps and setting up an equal 50/50 competition between Grossman and Cousins with the same personnel.

It wouldn't be a fair competition to give one of them 1st-team and the other 2nd-teamers to work with.

Crompton won't make the team...unless Rex implodes even more or gets some kind of jealous temper tantrum and runs himself out of town because he's being more of a distraction than mentor to the rookies.

Should also be noted that it's 1st team offense vs. 2nd team defense, and 2nd team offense vs. 1st team defense
