Lance got caught with his pants off. As he is facing many more lawsuits and feds may be after him along the way still.

USPS is going to lose. They weren't defrauded. They were lied to. Fraud entails some type of damage. What damage was done to USPS by this? It's just a money grab.

To be fair, USPS DID know he was doping. They just didn't care as long as he was winning and in the good graces of the public. I think this quote sums it up best.

Exactly...they were not defrauded of anything. Fraud would be signing the endorsement deal, retiring secretly and having some mook pretend to be you in the race.

Really Armstrong cheated out of seven titles. That belonged to others that did not take enhancing drugs. And not just Uncle Sam is going after him, but also tons and tons of lawsuits!
