could see it
I could see it too. I could also see him falling flat on his face like he did in Denver. He should stay a coordinator. |
RG3 is our quarterback. He gives us the best chance to win. RG3 has also faced some pretty good defenses this year. Cousins hasn't faced top flight defenses. Cousins is the backup for a reason. RG3 is the starter for a reason.
Thanks for clearing that up for me but, as I said, it doesn't matter to me either way... I think both men are talented QB's. Apparently, Im not alone. Read that Bowen has upper bicep torn muscle, he can still play but we can't afford to lose him.

That's because his performance hasnt been enhanced. He still gets beat regularly on the deep ball. You only get busted when you get better. :cool-smil |

Taking the time to show young people that someone cares about them and that having a happy, fulfilling, and productive life is better than the alternative is really praiseworthy -- Hope he continues his good work. Mediocracy is bound to repeat itself in Buffalo then. Replace one bad QB with another. They should just bring back Vince Young. I hear he's still looking for work. |
I have a feeling Vick is going to Buffalo
You would think that after the last couple years of young qb's making a quick impact and seemingly being better prepared to start in the NFL - for whatever reason - that Buffalo would realize this before they bring in a guy like Vick? |

Vick to Buffalo

Wouldn't be any different than the NBA coaching circles. Same coaches do poorly in different towns and get snatched up somewhere else like they are going to do anything different. Look at Mike D'Antoni with the Lakers… Just a good ol' boy network. |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Norv as OC, not HC
And from what I've heard, Smith would prefer to go where Norv does |

I'm surprised he's staying on the field. I was watching the Jets' last game and wondering...was he just unmotivated when on our team? Was he not on the field because he wanted out or wasn't happy more than suffering from a legitimate injury? He left town and his injury that kept him off the field as a Redskin for years suddenly disappeared or healed up? What's the deal, LaRon? You're a greek god and great player when on the field, but I'm starting to question why you really missed so much time as a Redskin. Of course, this isn't the first time this team has seen this scenario. |

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
My fear is that Jon Gruden gives up his happy commentator job to coach Philly or Dallas.
Luckily, Dallas has done enough to save Garrett's job again, but Gruden in the NFC East scares me. |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Philly is probably more of a possibility than Dallas, but I think if anyone San Diego would be a favorite for Gruden
Holmgren wants the Dallas job, I could see Jones going after Chip Kelly first though |
Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style
Also, the Chargers will soon be the LA Chargers.
