Re: The "Damn! I'm good!" thread.
I'm typing this on the PC I just built. It feels great after all the issues I had, first with getting no power on it, then getting power but nothing on screen (turns out my wireless adapter and my motherboard don't get along). One 50 foot ethernet cable hooked up later, all systems go.

Re: The "Damn! I'm good!" thread.
Graduated college young, one class away from my MBA, and am the youngest store manager in my city. Thinking about moving away from Gamestop though.

Randomly drank a full bottle of champagne last night. No good reason. Woke up with no headache and was productive at work. It's the little things.
Congrats. What's human science?
I'll just copy and paste it from my school's website, since they can say it better than me. The Master of Arts in Human Sciences program offers an interdisciplinary approach to the study of human nature and complexity and the problems of contemporary society. The goal of the program is to provide a deeper understanding of human experience and the world we live in and to broaden students perspectives and understanding of human behavior as they apply to students current professional and civic roles. In a couple of years (read as: whenever I get the money) I'll probably attend the bridge program we have with another school and finish up to get the license to practice counseling, as my school doesn't have one yet. |

Congrats. |

Congrats! Very impressive. A couple of weeks ago, I finally got promoted. Of course, they had to make it a cost saving measure, so I'm doing my old job and my new one, but if things get busier eventually they'll hire a guy to do my old job. In the meantime, hellyeah more money! |
