We have very little talent, the roster is just so poor.

i think coaching has a lot to do with it...I think the talent is better than we shown this year. We just need some new coaches to get these guys into a position to be successful.

Re: All things off season 2015.

My plan:

1. Hire new GM
2. Fire Campbell and get a new scouting director
3. Fire Haslutt, Morris, Oline coach
4. Hire a QB coach

Look for 2 new starters at Right Tackle and Right Guard. Find a well rounded, starting TE. Find quality starters at Free Safety and Defensive End.

Cut Chester, Bowen, and Pauleson

clear at least $10 million in cap space by cutting Chester, Porter, Bowen or Coefield, and Riley. this would leave $30+ million for free agents

Trade down in every round, and add 5 -10 draft picks that can contribute next year
I agree with everything except trading down. No no and lastly no.

Move BA out of his current position. Hes a good money guy but a horrible evaluator of talent. Fire Haslett now - should have been done years ago. We need to seriously bolster the oline and secondary with every available draft pick and dollar we have. QB as usual is a huge question mark. We cannot adress it until we fix the oline though.

Our talent on the oline is crap. Our talent in the secondary and for that matter most of the defense is crap too. Our talent at QB is not good. I think the talent on this team is very 4-12'ish.

I actually thought BM was servicable at SS this year and Breeland has solid talent. Free safety and Amerson were problems, but I dont think Amerson is a lost cause at this point. Hall will be back which is still a questionable coming off a serious injury. Biggers and Porter need to go. We need to add depth and competition at CB and obviously a starter at FS. I think the secondary is not in rough shape as in years past.

I say trade down from 5 to around 12 or so and add another 1st and or 2nd in this draft. If not I'm down with drafting BPA at 5
I agree with everything except trading down. No no and lastly no.
trading down makes sense, the difference between the 5th* player in a round, and the 15th or 20th is minimal, and the Redskins need to find more than 2 draft choices to contribute

* except the first round

If Leonard Williams is there at 5, I take him, 'cuz he is that kind of rare player who could alter our defense dramatically.

Otherwise, I agree, I trade down, get more picks.

TBH, I still think he should of stayed the starter and fought through all the turnovers. QB's have trouble adjusting to speeds and turn it over. No different for Cousins.. He still leads the team in passing yards after all this time and has the most touchdowns.

When we were losing with Cousins, it seemed like at least we were fighting.

I understand it seems like we did the same with McCoy, but there was a different feel there... Almost as though we were limited, but with Cousins we always had a chance to score.

He's got some real issues with turnovers, but I of all three guys he's the only one I see any potential in. Griffin is completely broken. Toast. McCoy is simply limited and always will be.

Re: All things off season 2015.

Also, our best case scenario is Dan getting it right by gutting our entire management, keeping on Gruden, hiring an innovator to run our front office - somebody young with something real to offer outside of another gentlemen for the club and most importantly, that new person throws a grenade in the locker room and lets nature take its course.

Colt McCoy was more disappointing than Cousins. I expected a whollllle lot more from that guy. Kinda lost now on why Bruce and Jay were such fans of him, I really think he should be the one going out of everybody.

Of all the things Gruden and Bruce did wrong, signing McCoy was not one of them. It was a smart choice.

I see no problem with that. If there is going to be no QB tryouts and the Redskins are comfortable naming Robert as the starter despite the project he is, then he has no reason to stay.

I tend to agree with you. But sometimes strange things happen in the draft...plus it's not even 2015 yet, we can dream, can't we? :)

Dude went straight beast mode against Nebraska. If by some miracle he is there at #5 and we didn't take him, I'd lose my freaking mind. That would be the final straw. That guy would make our defense instantly better.

Williams, Robinson, Kerrigan, Breeland would be an awesome young 4 to build a defense around.

Kerrigan is going off next season. Predicting 16 sacks.

Extend him and Trent Williams. Those guys seem like they need to be lifelong Redskins to me.

Too funny, that probably speaks for at least half of us. I hate the team now, but immediately after the super bowl we are title contenders in 2015 with current players and staff.

I'm really hoping we go pass rusher in the draft this year at #5. Hopefully can have the partnership Kerrigan/Orakpo never seemed to offer.
