I really dont have any problems with his comments about bradys wife. Anybody wanna tell me im cool n my wife is hot have at it. Besides the fact she is a super model. Of course brady knows everyone thinks she is all that. Now the gun part is just plain stupid.
Edit: Jerry Jones on the other hand comes across as a trailer park trash old perv.

No - not stinks but not deserving of a top 3-5- or really 10 spot at this point imo. He is tied for 18th rite now. So if you wanna make the argument that he is trending down and is a one year wonder it would be in the realm of possibilities.

He's good but the hype is way too much for a guy that isn't really producing as much

Take away the one handed catch and we probably arent even having this conversation

Folks you might want to check his numbers over the first 16 games of his career.

He had a great year one. No doubt. My one handed catch was a bit on the silly side. However Cromartie was just saying lets see it on a consistent basis. Hell Eddie Royal is up there on one of those lists you posted. It is now year two and ODB is trending down. So lets see what happens these next 12 games.

Which makes him a top 20 guy. Not elite. Im not trying to say he stinks. Lol.

"Take away the one handed catch and we probably arent even having this conversation"

Come on man, a statement like that is just absurd. He's put up insane numbers over his first 16 games... definitely elite numbers. To say he's just a top 20 guy is mind numbing. He's off to a slow start (for him) and he's still on pace for a big year. Just stop.

He was a top 10 guy as a rookie. Very impressive. He is going to have a great career barring injury. I think when it is all said and done he will be a top 20 type of guy. Thats nothing to shake a stick at
Edit: just to be clear again - all Cromartie was saying (i think) and all im agreeing with is im not ready to say he is one of the elite wr's in the game. Could he be? Of course. But lets see more than one year. I thought RG-3 was going to have, at the very least, a good career. Lol

Why is that, why do you think he isn't producing as much as his rookie year?I'm pretty sure he isn't a secret anymore and when these corners line up now the opposing teams "best man" is on him if not more than one, that does tend to hinder your stats from time to time.Eli isn't going to throw to just one man if he can help it .

Not to answer for okie but im in his camp on this one. He is pretty much 18th ranked wr. Latest game. 5 catches 30 something yards ? I think? No matter what the reason, he isnt producing as much. we are 1/4 the way thru year 2 and he is trending down?

Being thin at the CB position we could use this guy.

That is every great receivers problem but the great ones still make plays. I think he will adjust but right now his hype is bigger than his production.

I agree with Matty and Giantone. OBJ he is on pace for what is a great year by most standards and to say he is trending down based on a quarter of a season is extreme. If we are going to use first quarter stats to judge whether a player is trending up or down then Steve Smith is an elite WR again and James Jones is a pro bowler.

Guess those would be fair assessments at this point. How else are you supposed to judge trending up or down? Isnt that what trending up or down means? Recent production? Anyway only time will tell. I hope he continues to trend down for our sake. Lol

Why does ESPN continue to trot Berman out for it's Countdown show? He looks ridiculous with that comb over with and the shag in the back. Shave that shit off and go bald. Or better yet, retire already.

Seattle no longer has that ravens like defense and now Wilson is asked to throw it more. They should have lost last week and be 1-4 yes 1-4

I am so done with this iteration of the Lions. It needs to be blown up, starting with Lombardi.

That said, we're stuck with Stafford until his contract runs out and the crop of QBs from this draft class are not going to be very good. But he's definitely not the long-term answer.

Christ, just fire everybody. Everybody. Even CJ and Tate look bad, the wheels are off the bus in Detroit (again).

I guarantee you if Cousins ever sets foot on Ford Field he will have a career day.
Probably throw for 420 yards and five touchdowns. He will look like Aaron Rodgers.

Why? Because he is from Michigan and this happens whenever an opposing player has a "homecoming" in Detroit.

Hmm heard a lot of pundits discredit Cincy and say that Seattle was still a legit team. Looks like it might be the other way around.
