Gruden didn't seem to be in agreement with that flag on Reed, but needless to say he is good for 1-2 of those every single game it seems.

The offense is struggling to find a rhythm right now. No surprise that the run game sucks, but Cousins looks a bit shaky back there, he has been afford really good pass protection most of this season, I hope he can adjust to being under some pressure because it doesn't look like it is going to stop anytime soon.

What kind of 3rd and Long play calling is this? Why are they having Cousins not make quick throws against this Dallas pass rush that is penetrating? You keep letting them get to Kirk and it is going to be a long night.
