The potential upside is so much greater than a 7th rounder. Is the 7th round pick a conditional pick?
Yes. |

4th video down is pretty impressive. He blocks a DLineman by throwing him OFF HIS FEET about 3 yards, and then jumps on top of him. Nice. I like this, IF he plays and stays. Either way, agree we're not losing much either way w a 7th rounder. |

I hope this guys shows up ready to take charge. |
Re: Redskins trade for Center Bryan Stork
He can play, but he got himself in a lot of trouble with the Pats. He didn't report for offseason conditioning, he had a really bad fight during a June practice. He has alot of upside, but if he doesn't get control of himself it won't matter. He is definately worth a 7th round pick, I just hope he fits in ok and doesn't cause any issues.

He may turn into another David Amerson. Getting cut or traded for a 7th rounder might be a wake up call; it might not, but we have almost nothing invested. |

Never hurts to get a veteran Olineman and he was a starter! The only thing that worries me is that he has had 4 concussions

Re: Redskins trade for Center Bryan Stork
Say wha? That's ridiculous. Wonder if that means the trade is off, but we can still try to pick him up for waivers for free, if he's available. after failing a physical, wonder if anyone would touch him anyway.

Re: Redskins trade for Center Bryan Stork
He failed his physical, he was thinking of retirement. He's had numerous concussions and was beat out by an undrafted free agent. I would say it's time to move on and go with what we have. We are going to struggle at center for another year.

Then again, he's on waivers so can't be that good. May be worth a shot, obviously we missed on Stork. |
