Hope Alex Smith is ready to finish 2 years in a row as highest rated deep ball thrower. Fire that fucking pigskin!!!
I'm looking at Crowder having a huge year in the middle of the field. Yuuuuuge!!!!! Reed too, when healthy. Just need to find a solid left guard and draft a stud RB and offense is loaded. Use a 1st or 2nd round pick on a RB please!!!!!! |

Great signing! Sorely needed speedster on the outside. Now, we need a solid running back, a LG, DL, MLB, CB, etc.........phew!

It's def a big concern more so with Reed because he's also had concussions. I want to draft TE Mark Andrews (and no not just because he's a sooner). The guy is a big time target and Smith loves RELIABLE TE's. 2nd round I'd take him. |

Lol. Spoken like a True Skins fan in March. Hope u r right. I will be happy when we sign or draft a run stuffer and a running back. Run stuffer is by far the most important piece we need to add. A back is a close second. Guard, C, D-backs need to be addressed as well. (Sits back and waits to sign/draft a Tackle, OLB, punter, and four tight ends. [emoji22]). |

The Moreau pick looks even smarter now than it did when it happened. This is how good franchises operate. Not calling us one yet, but thinking ahead and having guys ready to step up is how to stay successful because you can't keep everyone. |

Breaks down PR strengths and weaknesses. Weaknesses: Drops and sloppy route running. Strengths: elite speed deep threat, toe taps, wins contested balls, scramble drill, mostly tough. It's what we needed in terms of skill set to compliment JD and JC. Wouldn't mind Ryan Grant for a team friendly deal to be back as our James Thrash. Robinson would've been nice, but this seems to be a better value deal. There was no WR in this FA class that was a clear no. 1, replace his production last year for TP and we are clearly better off than last year at WR. Good move. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk |
Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
Richardson hasn't even had a 1,000 season and his tops in catches is 44. Sorry not impressed at all. Way too much money for someone with so little production. I don't care if he's fast. So are a lot of guys. It's about production, not how fast you run. How about you dummies in Ashburn stop having hard ons for wide receivers and get some guys that can block, tackle and rush the passer. Maybe if we had better blockers we could run QB sneaks when it's 3rd and less than a yard.

You mean how Pierre Garcon didn't have a 1,000 yard season prior to signing a 5 year 42 million dollar deal with us back in 2012. Don't remember you being upset then. |

Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Trying to figure out how $8 million is too much for a WR when we basically just paid Terrell Pryor that amount last year. This isn't 1976, the cap is 170+ million dollars. He sounds like he just wants to complain for the sake of complaining. Also Richardson turns 26 in one month, plenty of room to get better |

Yeah, I don't care if he hasn't had a 1,000 yard season. Hell, I don't care if he has one here. He's young, fast, and fits with how they want this offense to operate. He will help open things up, especially if they find a running game. I don't feel they overpaid. As with all deals, we'll just have to wait and see, but it is a move that had to be made anyway. |

Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
There is no way I would give someone who's tops in catches/yards is 44 and 700's. You can get that from the guys on your roster. You could get that from Mo. Harris if he got the reps. IDK what I would do at wr. Try and trade down out of #13 if the Redskins can find a partner. Maybe try and get someone like DJ Moore in the 3rd or 4th round. Also see who will get released and get in on the 2nd wave of FA signings. Watkins and Richardson are two guys who got overpaid based off of production. These are two potential bust FA signings. |
Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
It's an investment. Relax. This is why the talent eval and scouts have jobs.... boom or bust until he hits the field for us no one kniws.... like any player

Yes I can, both were number 2 WRs on their previous team, signed by the Redskins at 25 for basically the exact same contract. |

we lost the Chiefs game because Doctson dropped the game winning TD more so than the stop, and we couldn't stop the run once everyone and their mom got hurt |

And signing a 8M WR doesn't prevent you from addressing these (legit) needs. With the 20M left I'd sign a ILB (Zach or other) at 7-8M, Isaiah Crowell at 8-10M, and resign guys like Spencer Long. Then I'd trade down and go DT, G, and DefBPA . But there are other valid combinations to fill these needs. Envoyé de mon SM-J320FN en utilisant Tapatalk |
Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
I wouldn't even bother with Crowell, but a RB needs to be drafted in the first 2 rounds.
Sheldon Richardson, Dontari Poe, Muhammad Wilkerson are all out there, and even with one of them we could still go DL in round 1. An 8 million dollar WR isn't going to kill us in 2018 |
