Rest in piss Jeffrey Epstein.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/jeffrey-epstein-accused-sex-trafficker-dies-officials/ar-AAFCzvI?li=BBnb7Kz I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but how does a guy who was probably wanted dead by everyone who used to hang with him, also on suicide watch, with one previous "suicide" attempt kill himself, on the slowest news day of the week? I don't believe for a minute this was a suicide. Somebody got paid to look the other way. Every victim of his got cheated once again by this injustice. He's never going to pay for his crimes. And if LE found the evidence as has been implied, everybody who enabled or participated in his crimes needs to see hard time. Clinton, Trump, it's not a left/right problem. Child abusers are the scum of the earth. |

Crazy news about Epstein. Sounds like Barr is serious about the investigation. It will be interesting to see what they uncover.

Ginger Baker of Cream
https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/ginger-baker-creams-volatile-drummer-110126774.html LONDON (AP) — Ginger Baker, the volatile and propulsive British musician who was best known for his time with the power trio Cream, died Sunday at age 80, his family said. Baker wielded his blues power and jazz technique to help break open popular music and become one of the world's most admired and feared musicians. |
Re: R.I.P. thread
Cream, that was a long time ago. White Room was released in 1968. Reminds me of being a strange little tyke. I was born in 1961, I was watching sports and listening to rock music at the age of 5 when most kids are into nursery rhymes and cartoons.

Charlie Daniels, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame best known for "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," died Monday morning after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. He was 83. Daniels' death was confirmed by his publicist, Don Murry Grubbs. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, and son Charlie Daniels, Jr. ------------------------------------------ Ive listened to his hit songs - simple man, uneasy rider, long haired country boy --- just about a bazillion times. I have had trouble harmonizing his music of his younger years as a southern long haired hippie type with his older years political comments. Rest easy Charlie, you certainly left your mark on US music. |

Re: R.I.P. thread
RIP Boseman. Tough, brave SOB. Didn't even let anyone know he was sick and was still making movies.
Saw some photos of him looking really skinny. Wondered what was up. Another lesson about never rushing to judgment without having all the information. Him and Robinson were both way too young. Life sucks sometimes. |
