Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
As would everyone else, I would love to see Watson in the WFT uniform, but it's nothing more than a pipe dream.

Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
The Cowboys will interview Falcons secondary coach Joe Whitt for their defensive coordinator job.
Whitt was on Mike McCarthy's staff in Green Bay. He spent last year as Atlanta's defensive pass game coordinator, where the Falcons ranked dead last in pass defense, allowing a league-high 293.6 yards per game. Whitt is a longtime defensive backs coach and "trusted assistant" of McCarthy who could replace Mike Nolan in Dallas. Please make this hire happen |

Come on Mike McCarthy, do the right thing and hire your friends instead of qualified candidates. |

Who am I rooting for?
Colts @ Bills: Bills Rams @ Seahawks: indifferent Bucs @ WFT: Duh Ravens @ Titans: Titans Bears @ Saints: Saints Browns @ Steelers: Browns Who do I think will win? Colts/Bills - tossup, Seahawks, Bucs, Ravens, Saints, Steelers |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Josh Allen is good.
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
That’s 15 yards all day on Jamal adams. Identical to Jon Bostics hit.

Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
This Rams defense is fuckin good
And these Rams uniforms are fuckin garbage |

Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Sources say Watson could play hardball with Texans about a trade. His new $156 million contract includes a no-trade clause but informed speculation from a source is that he would consider the
@MiamiDolphins in which Tua Tagovailoa and additional compensation goes to Houston. Tua and a First round pick for Watson would be steal for Miami |

This makes so much sense...Miami gets a star QB and Houston gets a top QB prospect long with multiple draft picks they desperately need for a rebuild |

Yeah I want Watson too but I'm not wanting to give up the farm and Montez Sweat for him |

This. We don't have the capital necessary to give up for Watson unless we mortgage years of our future, which we already learned once is a bad idea. Watson to Miami would be a very smart move for Brian Flores. |

I'd draft Mac Jones at 19 and let him compete with Taylor H. The guy I'd consider moving up for is Zach Wilson or even Trey Lance but the rumor is SF is all in on WIlson |

We can provide 2 1st a 3rd and possibly someone like Ioannadis, it all depends if management decides is worth it. |

Wilson would instantly come in and start for this team but I'm still leaning Matt Stafford and Matt Ryan. Draft Spencer Rattler in 2023 :) |

Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Tennessee off to a great start. Tannehill dropping dimes everywhere. See what Lamar can do today.
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
What the fuck was that by Lamar Jax? He is limited as fuck throwing the ball
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Welp Jackson just through a rough pick down field. Not a great start for Baltimore but only the 1st quarter.
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
What the fuck was that by Lamar Jax? He is limited as fuck throwing the ball
It was a terrible pass. Woefully underthrown and inaccurate. Easy pick for Tennessee.

And Lamar makes a run that’s jaw dropping. Unbelievable run for the td |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
He’s such a great athlete it makes up for being a very bad passer
|
And Lamar makes a run that’s jaw dropping. Unbelievable run for the td
It was sick. Gonna be a great 2nd half. Both of these teams are tough as nails.

I don't see a "very bad" passer. I think he's a decent passer. Not good or bad. Simply "ok." He actually has improved a bit as a passer. |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Great opening 2nd half drive from Baltimore. Jackson stepping up. Tennessee's offense has been quiet of late.
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Tannehill was horrible today
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Great int by Marlon. Like the payback they did on the Titans logo too.
|
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
And now my favorite AFC team is eliminated.
Bears vs. Bills is my new SB hope. |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Time for game 2 today: Bears and Saints. No one is expecting much from Chicago, but you never know. Starting to wonder how many years Brees has left.

My liking of the Titans is 1000 times below WFT. So nothing I'll lose sleep over. More of a passing interest. I'll ride with the Bills the rest of the playoffs. |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
Man these refs suck. Just declare the saints the winners

Arguably Trubisky sucks more. But yeah, at least 2 wildcard games maybe not decided by bad officiating, but certainly influenced by it. |
Re: Around the NFL: Wildcard Week edition
That’s a terrible throw by Ben...horrible decision
