Re: Around the NFL week 8
Sad we’ve been reduced to saying at least we’re not the absolute worst in the league, just in the handful of teams in the bottom 5 or so.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
I am watching Jets Bengals and I think I saw the worst call ever. Refs basically gave the game to the Jets. Ref call helmet to helmet 15 yarder on the Bengals. If I were coaching the Bengals I would have to lose my job and fight the ref after the game.
|
Re: Around the NFL week 8
That is a crushing loss for Cincy. Just when they are looking like contenders they get steamrolled by Mike White and the Jets. Ouch.

Yep, they are ruining the game with those calls. If you want a 1st just duck your head and run forwards, if someone tries to tackle you, penalty. |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
Another replay on Redzone is Bobby McCain dropping a ball that i could have caught. Another great pick up by this idiot team.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
Geno 10 for 10 and just threw a gorgeous td pass. Anyone who thinks he cant beat us if he is still starting when we get them is crazy.
|
Re: Around the NFL week 8
Another reason this league is the best: Cincy goes to Baltimore gets a signature win and the next weekend goes to the Jets losing to a backup QB on a bottom 3 team.
I’m so glad I don’t bet on NFL |

Re: Around the NFL week 8
Dallas defense is much improved. They are doing it with no pass rush either so that’s even more impressive.

I don't know what you mean no pass rush, their d-line seems to be getting to Cousins without any problem. |

Gregory has for sure. The others are Jags |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
This game would be a blowout if Dak played.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
What is Kirks record on SNF? I bet it’s horrible

Re: Around the NFL week 8
I can't stand Cousins. For all his stats I just don't see him as a winning qb.

Quinn has basically abandoned the scheme that made him a legend in Seattle. He's tweaked his defense. Not to mention, any dead person would've been better than Mike Nolan and his crappy/outdated scheme. I figured Minnesota was going to lose as they couldn't put the Cowboys away. Dallas is about to run away with the NFC East. I freakin' hate the Cowboys! Mike Zimmer's time is probably soon over in Minnesota. |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
Guys like Zimmer and Rivera are old and outdated in todays NFL. Great guys but average coaches

Re: Around the NFL week 8
The Saints defense is amazing to watch, the film is so creative. Must be nice to have that. They don't even have big name guys other than a few players. The difference in good teams and bad teams is so visible in the NFL.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
FFS sounds like Derrick Henry could be done for the year. Imagine how many FF owners are going to be fucked? I'm one of them.

Re: Around the NFL week 8
HUGE LOSS for them, clearly one of the best players in the league... There goes the Titans season

Titans going to be looking for RBs now...if I'm WFT, I'd be offering Gibson, Patterson, McKissic...any of them for nice draft pick....because they ain't using them anyway, might as well get something for them. |

I don't see us making any moves, Ron is content with this roster clearly |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
I would call Colts to see what it takes to get Mack if I'm the Titans GM

This roster is awesome, once they find themselves. Lol. |

This. Mack's already been shopped and maybe even start for Tenn next week. They're also working out AP, so I can't see them talking to us about a trade. and offering up one of our top 2 RB's for picks says we're giving up on the season. We might be but advertising that is another matter. |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
I'd also call Dallas and check on Pollard
|

Dallas would be dumb to trade him. The 1-2 combo with Zeke is working well. |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
The Rams have traded for Von Miller per ESPN... WOWOWOWOW
|
Re: Around the NFL week 8
@AdamSchefter
Blockbuster: Broncos are finalizing a trade to send eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for two second-day 2022 draft picks, league sources tell ESPN. Miller is now saying his goodbyes to his friends in the Broncos’ training facility. |

No way they let him go to a different vision rival. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
Better work out. Rams hate draft picks. They have traded tons of picks previously too.
This team will likely stink in a few seasons. They can't keep everyone. |
Re: Around the NFL week 8
Didn't think they had any picks left, looks like they don't now
