@Edelman11
Agree with this.. I believe the team would be drastically better if we had a franchise QB. |
Re: Eagles postgame
I never ever want to watch a game called by those 2 fucks again.. There was zero appeal to anything they said.. Also it was SO one sided.. The eagles made a play and they started cheering like fan girls. FOH
Terrible broadcast booth. Whoever that play by play guy was sounded like he had money riding on the Eagles. Anything they did was amazing to him. And Sanchez might be even worse in the booth than he was on the field. |

Gilbert played really well last night, in fact he was more accurate down field than TH has been. The thing he lacks is he's a statue back there. It just proves that TH or Kyle Allen are basically the same level of player as a dude that's been on practice squads. We desperately need a QB and No I don't want some fucking Daniel Jones or Gardner Minshew or whoever. We need to draft our guy and keep Heinike and have 2 good QBs but 1 that has franchise potential. |

He rambled on and on about the Eagles and the city lol like dude u played there like 2 years and didn't do shit STFU |
Re: Eagles postgame
All things considered, a respectable effort.

Re: Eagles postgame
Washington's five highest graded players from yesterday:
- William Jackson III: 82.8 - Charles Leno: 74.7 - Ereck Flowers: 73.4 - Keith Ismael: 71.1 - Montez Sweat: 70.8 |
Re: Eagles postgame
Also through 15 weeks
We grade out as the 27th best Passing grade in the league as a whole. Until that improves we won't be very good |
Re: Eagles postgame
I wanted to reach thru the TV and grab that broadcasting team by the throats and keep tightening my grip until .... It was like listening to an Eagles home broadcast.
I can't believe how bad our defensive line was. Repeatedly getting big holes blow thru them. I am beginning to think more and more that we wasted our first round pick last year. |

Yeah its a combo of Pass and Run blocking. For instance Charles gave up 5 pressures and graded out an overall 41.7 |

I expected more, but nearly all of them just had COVID, and based on the new rules to come back, they could have been playing with COVID... Jonathan Allen doesn't want to make any excuses though...
I didn't think Allen had a very good game. Center of the line was wide open all game long.
This was a depressing loss. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
Depressing maybe, but certainly expected. When was the last time you saw a team win with its 4th QB and 16 people missing from the roster? I have no idea what people here were expecting. And don't tell me the defense played poorly when the offense could not produce a thing during the middle of the game and they were on the field basically full time. This was what it was, a hard fought loss away from home when there was virtually never any chance of winning. I was proud of my team yesterday. |

Eagles fans think they are good all of the sudden lolol |

Yeah, a hard fought 10 point win against what was basically a sick/scrub team. I wouldn't be crowing about that (pardon the pun). |
Re: Eagles postgame
Anyone know the rush yds/game the WFT gives up when Sweat is in the game vs. when he is not? It seems he is just chasing the sack, very similar to Chase Young.
Below 3rd and 2 he is way out of position for a gaping hole.. |

Re: Eagles postgame
Yes but Sweat was busy thumping his chest and oblivious when the ball was loose on the ground. Not focused on winning, focused on stats.

Yeah that drew a hard eye roll from me, punches the ball out and instead of coming up looking for it he's celebrating |
Re: Eagles postgame
I'm pretty sure he didn't realize the ball was out. Hurts started fumbling the ball just before Sweat got to him - when he tripped over Mailata. Sweat may have some bad tendencies still, but I'm not going to believe he would rather celebrate a sack than pick up a fumble.

Re: Eagles postgame
WFT is 0-5 when Scherff is not in the lineup.
|
Re: Eagles postgame
If winning isn't the 1st and only priority, you can kindly get the fuck out.
You know the JA's of the team notice it too. I'd try to trade Sweat this off-season. |

We're about to be 0-17 next year then. |

I thought defenders are taught to focus on the ball like your life depends on it until there’s a whistle. He certainly didn’t do that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Eagles coach tests positive for COVID this morning. Of course he does.

Guys missing, guys back but obviously gashed out by Covid (even if asymptomatic, it diminishes you, and in the NFL even a 10% decrease in strength and speed will make a huge difference), a QB signed 6 days ago, coaches missing...
Overall I thought they fought well. Hopefully they can still find a way to wild card spot... I won't watch the All 22 on this one, but if you guys have some plays that you wanna see, tag me up ;-) |

He did. I've been saying it from day one, I don't see what many of you loved so much in him. He had bad hand technique when he was drafted, he has improved that but he is still absolutely not good enough. Schweizer is a miles better back up. So is Lucas. |
