Lamar wilting again.

And the defense not showing up

Chico23231 01-28-2024 04:43 PM

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Lamar 5-12 for 67 yards. 30 of the yards on the 1 td throw. Also fumbled once because he holds the ball too long

Weak performance at home

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Chiefs offense looks entirely different from the regular season. Hard to beat this team when Mahomes and Kelce are on. Kelce is balling the f out. Him and Mahomes are crazy good.

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Chiefs defense kicking Baltimore and Lamar's ass so far. Spagnoulo has these boys playing. Baltimore really needed to do something on that drive.

Weak performance at home
I don't get the obsession with the deep pass. Meanwhile Mahomes is dinking and dunking his way to the SB.

Spags is blitzing in every play and the Ravens keep playing the deep pass.

That's more on Lamar. He's holding the ball too long. He should just take what the defense is giving him. Tom Brady made a career of dink/dunk offense.

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Well, they finally got a deep ball, and ended it with a 15 yard taunting penalty. LMAO

Wow, I hate that rule but what a terrible time for it to happen.

Ravens defense has stepped up this 2nd half.
Zay Flowers is a jackass
Justice served with that costly fumble after his hideous taunting penalty. Announcers said he he hurt his hand pounding the bench also.

Looking that way:

1) Catches huge bomb and immediately gets 15 yard taunting penalty.
2) Fumble ball on the goalline for a touchback.
3) Cuts his hand hitting the bench.

Ravens choking on their own cocks. What an embarrassing performance. Jackson ends the game with a throw into triple coverage.

Chico23231 01-28-2024 05:50 PM

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Lamar cannot throw into triple coverage period

Chief X_Phackter 01-28-2024 05:52 PM

Baltimore offense coming up small. Chiefs D been playing well for a couple weeks in a row.

Baltimore Defense stepped up in the 2nd half.
edit: except for that last throw.

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Well that's embarrassing, I was betting on teh Ravens D and they forgot to show up. Even playing better in teh 2nd half they were dumb. Hard to believe Harbaugh's guys played so loose and undisciplined. And Lamar is NOT MVP calibre on that showing.

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Do you all think that one shove on the Oline by Baltimore should have been a personal foul? I thought it was not over the top

blatimore beat themselves, so many stupid mistakes. jealous of the amount of time lamar is getting behind that OL though.

That's BALL GAME.

What a catch.

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Not many coaches would call that play on 3rd .. most would be conservative and run the ball having to punt and end up regretting it ... Championship teams have a swagger and do things like that ! KC wins Super Bowl calling it now !!

davy 01-28-2024 06:11 PM

Re: Conference Championships - Around the NFL

Can we now refer to them as Lamar Prescott and the Baltimore Cowboys?

:D

Van Noy, yeah, it was soft, but they always flag the retaliator. Dumb play all day.

No, not that one. On KC's last drive, after the 5yard penalty. Baltimore jumped offsides, but was called for a personal foul so 15 instead of 5 yards.

Getting so fucking sick of the Chiefs. Fuck off Baltimore! Chokers.

As long as #15 resides in the AFC, Lamar is going to really struggle getting to a SB. Everyone was on MacDonald but Spaggs was outstanding. He is a hell of a DC.

I agree. You gotta throw the ball in that spot and put it on your QB. But not everyone has #15.
