Regardless of the future I think you will slowly see them re-integrate the Redskins legacy including ways of honoring the native americans who found honor through the team.

This happened in September [url]https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2024/09/17/commanders-logo-stadium/[/url]

So I would assume it has something to do with the change of heart from Daines. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ownership has negotiated other aspects with the senators from Montana as well

he said yesterday that he voted yes because the team committed to bringing the logo back to prominence and that had they not he would have vote no.

They could have just lied.

but If they committed to that, prominence means front and center, the main logo. Nothing else would be prominent by definition of the word. Hence my questioning what that really means. Maybe just a big logo on the new stadium and a native American history museum there or something. Who knows. What i do know is Commanders does not work with that logo.

Ugh that 96 team, started 7-1 and finished 9-7. So disappointing. That was the last year at RFK too.
