i don't understand declining the holding penalty, it would have been 2nd and twenty instead it was 3rd and 10 they get it ..

The ball moved in his one hand grab, may have been tough to overturn cuz the refs suck and there's a lot of inconsistency but... I wouldn't call it clear possession until he got 2 hands on it.
