Thxs for the apreciation my fingers are bleeding but i msure they will heal lol. Actually Bledsoe had if im accurate 37 sacks last season and has 402 sacks troughout his carreer and average of 30.9 sacks per season wich is high but not retirement high. his highest was in '99 when he had 55 his lowest was 94 with 22 (full season) the record is hold by Carr with 76 sacks in 1 season wich is just painfull to say lol.

Bret Favre has an average of 27 in his career with 1 more full year wich aint that high that's 52 more sacks than drew in average troughout his carrer Carr has a 48 sack average per season OUCH his going to be in a wheel chair in 2 more season.

Now on the other subjects yeah they have played alot of downs but they are still at top of their game now their bone don't heel as fast as it used to but agai nthey where brought for 3 season aprox now we will have to waith and see is the are bust or great moves.

Basically, to put all this talk to rest, our D will be up the challenge of Dallas this year. Whoever wins this game will win the battle of turnovers and I'm sorry to say, I think Ramsey would put up more turnovers than Bledsoe (I pray otherwise though). We might sack Bledsoe 12351230 times, but it just always seems that we don't get the fumble we need. Our D will come to play and most likely stymie Dallas for a field goal or two. I think the clincher for either side will be who wins the field position game. Dallas has a defense that is full of potential, but that's all it is so far. I think we SHOULD be able to eek this one out provided Dallas's defense hasn't come together at that point in the season. If Ramsey can hold onto the ball and let Portis be the reason we win or lose (because the offensive line is where it's all at right?) I think we'll take this game against Dallas in a low scoring affair, maybe 10-6. If Ramsey plays like I pray he doesn't I could see that score easily being flipflopped.

There won't be any blowouts that night (even though I'd LOVE to see one).

I can't believe people are comparing Fujita (a guy traded for a late second day pick) to Washington (a Pro Bowler).

Is it just me or has there been too much Cowboys talk on this board lately? Can we put a moratorium on the Boyz until Dallas Week?

Man, what's up with all the Dallas guys coming over here?? This is my first season on WP, is this normal?
Fujita wasn't even under most of you guy's radar until now. And that was the same situation when we signed Washington. You had no clue what a 'difference' this guy was going to make. I'm all for believing Washington is a better player than Fujita but, let's be realistic here. I don't like to go toe to toe, just to make a point of an opinion. The best defensive player on our squad last year was Griffin and he should've been the guy going to the pro bowl since the 'pro bowl voters' allowed us only one. :oink:
I totally agree, griffin was by far our #1 defensive player. springs may have been better too... I definately think fujita is going to help them too, there's no denying that he's good. I just don't think he'll make as big a difference as washignton over armstead or trotter.

Come on Guys is good to have other points of view that the same I post more here than in the cowboys pages because I hate that the mayority of the responses and points of view are HOW GOOD are the Cowboys like here is HOW GOOD are the Skins this way we challenge our points of view with a more realistic aproach because we both try to defend and back up our opinions otherwise it doesn't get that challenge.

If some 1 here says the redskins are going to end 11-5 this season 80% (asumption) will say "yeah thats it why I didn't think of that" but with other points of views that 11-5 get challenge and question.

I agree and I never really bought into the whole Skins-Boys rivalry anyway...I'm sure you all feel the same way about this. If the Skins went 14 -2, they could lose to the Cowboys twice...it'd still be a great season. I'm sure Cowboys fans feel the same way about the Skins. If not, that's just dumb. I hate the fans who say, "I don't care about our record, as long as we beat Dallas." That's a losing attitude and flat out dumb.

I agree that we do need opposing viewpoints. I think some of us just take it so personally. Maybe it's the fact we haven't won a game IN Dallas since 1995 and it makes me want to stab my man pieces with a railroad spike.

I agree that I'd rather go 14-2 and lose twice to the Cowboys then 2-14 and beat the Boys twice.

However, there was a time when the rivalry was as good (if not better) as any in sports. Dallas Week was an event. You guys remember when the Redskins arrived in Dallas one year wearing camouflage outfits? That rivalry was phenomenal and I hope we get it back soon.

Not to keep talking about the Cowboys but I noticed they released DE Eric Ogbogu. Really not much of a loss, but the name stands out because he's the dude in the UnderArmour commercials screaming "We must protect this house!"

[sarcasm]Remember...Fujita joined the Cowboys..he and anyone who joins the Cowboys is going to suck, Period.[/sarcasm]

Sounds like an Eagles fan mentality

A couple of Skins fans with (GASP!) a little humility had the audacity to suggest..

Who was Washington before he joined the Skins D headed by Gregg Williams?

Those few, most notably Boss Hog, may quite possibly be hanging from the rafters by now...

Hey hey hey, I admit to know little about this fajita person. I readily admited that the price move was a good move. No way this is not a good move because from looking at KC boards they seem a little confused about a 6th for this fajita dude. All i am saying i believe Marcus Washington is better but i think that is besides the point, signing price, good move, signing chicken fajita for a 6th rounder, good move. And speaking of Iggle fan mentality, i hate the iggles,

Ive been banned over there for a year and a half but I check in just to see whats being talked about

Classic Eagles fans...they're having a good run for the past 5 years and they now think that the Boys and Skins will never overtake them...they're invincible

Just makes all of us cherish their downfalls that much more--and when they're over taken their fans that much more bitter

If a Skins or Cowboys fan makes it past 10 posts over there, its truly a miracle

An FYI--Do you realize the last time the Eagles won an NFL title that Dwight D Eisenhower was in his second to last month of his 2nd term in office? :FIREdevil

its retarded... they're saying because of the records there's no way the skins could be better at them in anything...

well they had a better record than the vikings, chiefs, or colts, which offense would you take? #1, #2, #6, and the eagle at #8... the steelers had an even better record then them, but i'm sure if you mentioned that they couldn't be better than the steelers in any way they'd figure out some other flawed logic to rely on... its pretty sad.

Thxs for the comments and for 1 I really like the fact that the mayority in this board doesn't get upset or takes our points of views in the bad matter and really analize them and come up with really good refutal and solid arguments. You allways get some that will try and make it or turn it into a trash talk or rivaly but you just scrach does and listen to the 1 with solid founded arguments.

And like jdlea said I also prefer a 14-2 season and lose both to the skins than a 2-14 season and win both games to the skins I for 1 hated last season for me we we're a 5-11 team just because we only we're able to be better an beat 5 teams and didn't make it any better that we beat you twice.

Again great board, excellent topics and solid arguments and apreciate that the mayority take our comments in the good way.
