Source is some dude who claims his bro is a PR guy for the skins who has a ton of inside access. He also claims his bro is a lawyer to boot, so his bro meets with agents often.

As you should.. our source for the new info was in the comment section of an article on Redskins.com.

I was just pointing out that there was chatter coming out of Redskins Park back in June and July about interest in picking up VJ. The Redskins tried to go after a couple of disgruntled WR this offseason, with VJ being the most recent and only other one available at this point.

Well the two major trades they did make (McNabb and Brown), were expected by few if any "sources"

Though I guess there was Carriker as well

We have heard the "Chatter" though as pertaining to VJ and Brandon Marshall.

I can't say they are sources just web traffic and conversations by local and national media.
