Reading that article made me want to play Madden again. I haven't played in months.
I play on my phone here and there but on a console its been years. As for this article, I agree with you guys on going out and getting a Superstar player like AB. Its just not going to happen, that was the OLD redskins, this is a new regime but unfortunately it still sucks either way. Lets think about the lack of big name signings since Haynesworthless.. We have built through the draft like we all desperately begged for and.... We still suck so Its pretty much a lose lose situation. |

I’m ok with trading up in the draft but I’m not interested in another RGIII type of deal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We pick 16th, Haskins and Grier will be gone by 10 most likely. So a trade up is needed and I doubt the team will do so again. So I'd imagine they roll with Colt until Alex returns. Basically we will start out like 2-4 at best. Gonna be a long yr folks unless Crazy shit changes |

for one of these QBs? Why? I don’t understand drafting a first round QB this year (in a weak qb class) when Alex Smith May be back later in the year or in 2020.... or are you assuming Alex smith is never playing again? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’m fine with Grudens been told he’s back, as long as Allen’s been told to pack his bags and go fuck himself.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
BA may be the real d bag one, and yes Gruden has dealt with more injuries than most coaches do over a decade. However he is also a lousy play caller and a lousy motivator. The penalties are a complete sign of the lack of detail that he coaches with. He is never ready after a bye, or for a second half. |

What i want to know is WHO told Jay he’d be back. If it was Bruce, then we know Bruce is staying. If it was Dan, then we still have hope.

Don’t forget shitty play in week 1, this year being the exception.how he has never really had the team prepared after 4 preseason games is beyond me. |

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
How many teams have given a coach a 6th year despite a losing record and zero playoff wins? Either waiting for the coach market to shrink next year or they really think Jay could’ve won the division without the AS injury.

I think it's neither one. Snyder knows that Jay is the "best of the worst" coach, and that he could not attract / obtain someone who is better than Jay, that would agree to come and work under Snyder and Bruce Allen.. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
I’m completely floored at this point that as bad a shape as the organization is in, and the fact Snyder has to know the fan base is rapidly eroding, that he has to see the newspapers, social media, etc they will do NOTHING to make ANY positive changes.
I’m truly stunned Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Unfortunately so. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
I can accept that it's hard to judge Gruden when half his roster ends up on IR every year. We're gonna have to wait until we stay healthy and we still end up near .500 before he goes.
To be honest, I'm alright with that. Get rid of Manusky though (I know it's not happening because Gruden said his staff is coming back). But not with BRUCE FUCKING ALLEN. FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. |

I think Callahan and Manusky are leaving, fan base is too pissed off, something has to happen. I would start with BA, he ruined this team like his dad trading the future.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
Was Callahan an arranged marriage forced on Jay by Bruce and Dan?
I haven't heard anything directly on point but reading between the lines from what several Sheenhan podcasts, I could see those guys thinking hiring him "away" (I think his contract was up) from the cowboys was some sort of coup, regardless of how he fit Jay's offense.
When did Gruden say this?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I heard it here first, I thought he said it in his end-of-year presser but I went back and watched the whole thing and he didn't mention it. He might've said it in his Philly post-game presser. But I think it might be connected to his quote where he said 3rd down conversions was a major issue that needs to be handled. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
As long as Bruce Fuckboy Allen is here, might as well keep Gruden for the next 20 years. When he is finally fired then get new coach that year or following season.
Dan Snyder must enjoy being a loser. Pathetic. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
It’s funny how a few years ago we were complaining about Snyder firing coach after coach, now we complain for keeping a coach. Just an observation.

https://thefandc.radio.com/articles/bruce-allen-watch-new-role-much-maligned-redskins-president
From the article "Also uncertain is who will be running the front office. Some NFL agents in regular contact with the team have suggested that Bruce Allen, the team president, might move from overseeing football operations to the business side after Snyder recently fired Brian Lafemina from his position as president of business operations and chief operating officer. They believe it’s possible that senior vice president of football operations Eric Schaffer would take a larger role." Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
