I think we can separate football related matters vs off the field stuff when talking about screw-ups. Either way Snyder botched pretty much everything he touched.

Trading Kirk and Trent should have set this team up very well. Instead pettiness and stupidity won out.

She didn't bother me too much after a while.

I'm just glad the d-bag brother didn't get any meaningful camera time, he was just always in the background. Seemed like he was more interested in his phone than watching the games.
