Please let it be true:

NEWS: The #Commanders are expected to be targeting #Ravens head of scouting, Joe Hortiz, and defensive coordinator, Mike Macdonald to be their next GM and HC, per the WaPo, via general managers.

“It’s not going to be a retread,” according to a longtime league executive.

With respect to these guys, Patrick Queen is a FA next year. Maybe one splash FA signing to act as the first building block in the centre of the defense, knows their scheme , culture and way of doing things.

I know next to nothing about M. Macdonald. If this turns out to be true, who would be the likely OC candidates he would bring in? Both sides need repair...
