Like mbedner said, its the notion of having to pay taxes period. I dont know of one single person that likes the IRS.

I'm sure at his pay he is paying around 33% tax on his income.

That would ONLY be his Federal Income Tax rate. After state, local, and all other federal taxes on investments, gifts, sales tax, real estate taxes, etc. a pro athlete will be around 60-65% of his income gone in taxes...and he hasn't paid his agent yet.

What's the deal with the driver not even reacting to what happened.
Deer are pretty tough. A buddy of mine had one come in through his garage door and trashed his entire house. I think the damages totaled over $30,000.

The driver was probably focused on getting the bus pulled over.

The driver should have opened the door while the deer was right there. That would have been an awesome ending if it ran right out the door.
