It really got me thinking about about Landry said. Or was it Arrington, or Coles, or Brown, and now Garcon?

"That’s why they have great doctors and they have okay doctors, great trainers and okay trainers,” Landry said. “(The Redskins) had people who just had the job title, but not the passion for their job. . . . I don’t respect the training staff at all."

All of those players on the list had already worn out their welcome and were on their way out. Their pride was hurt and were looking at anyone to blame but themselves, so I take anything they said with a grain of salt. Lavar still promotes his sour grapes message on the air everyday.
As far as I'm aware, I don't think Garcon has had anything negative to say about the training staff.

Coles sucked, Lavar was good not great and Landry never stayed healthy anyway so whatever

Re: Release Josh Morgan or else....

Sure. I just hope this doesn't turn out to be a similiar situation because of poor trainers. Made me think of building a franchise in Madden when you decide how much much you invest into your training staff and how it directly affects the frequency of injuries and recovery from them. Is that part of the video game not reality? I'm not taking sides here. There is some truth. I wonder if there are other players/former players who've blamed a particular team for mistreatment of injuries by a certain team. Give me an example please. I sure as hell knew I wasn't getting the best treatment from my former doctor. Maybe the training staff works at DC General when they're not at Redskins Park. Is that any of you guys' first choice of hospitalization? :-D

my understanding was that our training crew had. een heavily improved when BA and MS took over. I do believe that the 2000-2010 training staff was less then up to nfl standards. as Matty said. injuries happen.

I was also thinking about what Landry said. Landry refused surgery on his achilles here even though our staff recommended it because he was afraid of making it weaker than it already was and more susceptible to injury in the future. At first I thought about how selfish he sounded but then later I thought about how Hightower, Orakpo, Lichtensteiger, and Brown all had surgeries in the off season and all are injured or out of football while Landry is still on the field at the moment. Interesting.

Hightower and Orakpo both had/have nagging injuries. Lichtensteiger is currently starting and Brown's injury is unrelated to the groin injury he suffered last season.

Rak, Hightower, and kory L all needed survey to replace torn ligaments. There really is no other way to treat their injuries.

Jenkins also tore his acl and mcl he is about to be our starting le. Kory l is playing now too. So I don't know how right that argument is.
Not sure I would cut him, but I would bench him for a minimum of 3 games. I mean put his ass on the "in-active" list for the next 3-5 games. Would send a message loud and clear.
I'll revise this since I'm no longer pissed. I would bench him for a half of this upcoming game to send a message, but nothing really more to be honest with you.

Fact is, had Morgan done this in the first half, nobody would be saying shit really. They'd all be focusing on running Haslett out of town.

Sorry, I confused Carriker and Lichtensteiger so he doesn't apply. If Brown's injury is unrelated to last year's injury then he doesn't apply either. There's probably no issue there at all, just my paranoia.

I still wonder if Landry had surgery on the achilles would he playing right now.

You are right, there is no other way to treat a torn acl. I also confused Kory with Carriker so that part is not accurate. Maybe there is no issue at all there.
