REDSKINS[emoji909]football
@drewskinsfan232 · 2h #Redskins 2019 off season so far consists of firing executives, rehiring the executives that previously held those positions and signing players to future contracts then cutting the same players a week later. Oh and doing nothing with Bruce Allen, Jay Gruden, or any of the staff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Per John Keim, "I expect the team to try and re-sign Jamison Crowder, but it all depends on where the money will go. When I watch on practice, he still has the ability to win consistently".

I feel like we’re probably going to go into next season with a team that looks disappointingly like this season. Probably drop ZB and that’s about it.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
Haven’t we already established that Saban is almost 70 years old, and recently signed a 74 million dollar deal through 2025. On top of that why in the hell would you finish your coaching career with this organization? Instead of a cherry on top of his cake he is going to put a shit? No way.

It's like people talking last year about LeBron going to the Knicks. Yes, LeBron or Saban going to the Knicks or Redskins would cement their respective legacies IF they were successful. But they wouldn't be (and in large part because of the same kinds of incompetent ownership), which is why success in those places would be such an accomplishment AND why they would never be so stupid as to take on that challenge. |

Killed Notre Dame, I knew Alabama was going down because of him. Clemson is set for a few years. Ross WR and Lawrence both freshmen, quite the combo. |

So again I just do not see the appeal for them. |

A couple turnovers and a couple drops in the first half otherwise it is probably a game. It got away from them and they never recovered but pump the brakes on Bama is finished. Lol. Last night was Clemsons night. |

Their run is probably over. Long time Tide fan here, Alabama looked bad last night and they've got plenty of problems to address next season. I don't want to take anything away from Clemson for that win, but Alabama was never in that game. The very first pick six is what doomed them IMO, they were never able to adjust/recover. To be dead honest, i would like to see Nick Saban retire with his record and all of his wins intact, i do not want to see him or his team become a punching bag. |

Why wouldn’t his record and wins stay intact first of all, and second of all they are going to reload again AND win the SEC again AND probably play Clemson again in the championship game next year - not become a punching bag. They coached and played a terrible game last night. It happens to every great team in every sport ever. Wasn’t their night. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
Bama is not over lol, this team is stacked and Tua is coming back.
Trevor Lawrence is going to be the #1 Pick when he comes out, hell he would probably be the #1 pick this yr as a true freshman, he is that good. |

Lawrence beat ND and Bama, big time playing against 2 of the best teams. |

He's def a great young QB, I'd love to have Him or Tua. |
Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
Man, i saw there were like 20 new posts in this thread and got so excited that the conversation was due to some actual news related to the skins cleaning house... Like Bruce being gone. Or manusky. Or anything of note on that front. But nope. Still nothing. Grrr.

Clemson's skill guys are top 10, maybe even top 5 NFL draft picks.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk[/QUOTE] If the plan is just to move Bruce out of football ops and promote Schaffer to team president and Smith to GM (my ideal scenario), then I’d agree.... but as far as manusky goes, I think we may have to move a little more quickly. I realize that GWilliams, Lewis, and Bowles may want to exhaust all their options as potential HCs before taking a coordinator job, but i don’t want the skins to wait so long that we miss our opportunity. Re: Time to clean house 1.0.
I just don't see a big change coming, Jay is back and it appears Bruce is staying on as well. Again unless they bring in Bill Parcells , Bill Polian , Louis Riddick as GM I don't see any change happening until this regime is canned next yr

Why are people wanting Gregg Williams back? He’s a proven POS in case you forgot, this is the last thing this team needs with all the recent negative PR.
