Colorado Supreme Court removes Trump from 2024 ballot.

This is a major event. If the SC holds this up - not a zero chance - the Trump campaign will be over. If it survives the SC, other states will follow suit, including most of the critical battle ground states. Frankly I think it should apply as by definition he attempted a coup (admittedly one can say a coup is not an insurrection, but certainly would be a close cousin- heck even a brother).

Going to Reddit and reading the glee is hilarious. Comments like “finally standing up to fascist”…oh the irony of political party working to throw off their top contender on the ballot or speeding up political motivated prosecutions in order to influence an election.

The decision sets another boomerang precedent to be used against democrats in the future. Let’s also laugh at the obvious, it was based in not a single fact legal evidence but simply in failed political narrative.

The hilarious thing is it was conservatives that filed the lawsuit to have him removed from the ballot. But don't let facts stand in the way of your narrative.
