Also, I don't know if this is the case in MD or anywhere else, but in VA, go to the liquor store the night BEFORE your birthday. They'll allow you to buy it a day before, I guarantee you. It's some weird rule where it's like you are 20 years and ON your 365th day of living which qualifies it.

Weirdly enough though, bars DON'T share that rule.

BSB just be at a bar at midnight so they'll serve you then!

Definitely. You're living in MD right? If so, check out the laws. If anything, just drive to an ABC store in VA and buy something the night before. I suggest Captain Morgan Private Stock because it's probably the only time you'll be able to afford it.
