NBC just reported not too long ago that they just arrested an 23 year old male in Minnesota stock-piling Molotov cocktails planning to bomb the RNC.

How do you stockpile Molotov cocktails? I mean doesn't it mean you're just stockpiling bottles? Rags and gas are readily available. No need to stockpile/ It's like stockpiling snowballs in a snowball fight i guess.
