Yes they did. Might as well start rooting for Seattle to beat Dallas next week. The skins d is as bad as it always is and rg3 is killing our offense. He's hurt and not himself. If we win, I'll be happy, but I'm preparing myself for an ugly loss.

There was no hold, but definitely delay of game. Kerrigan always does that where it looks like a hold.
