Yeah the offense sucked tonight but the Def let us down all night. U cant just sit back and let Cam have all day to throw, Joe Barry is gone and we need to spend $$$$ on D

Re: Beat the snot out of Carolina game thread

the panthers are basically handing us the game all night and we have 12 points, thats not a playoff team folks sorry but it isnt. We have a .500 team most likely but we would get crushed at ATL in the WC

Plus depth. A lot of depth.

Translation- we aren't even close to truly contending. Not even close.
Now people are turning on McC after 2 seasons. What do you guys want? The offense is almost set, need a D heavy draft next year. How about some patience?
Dude, c'mon now. The cupboard is bare defensively. You are talking about 2 years minimum to really build a quality defense. You will likely lose your stud WR and quite frankly maybe, just maybe, your QB. On top of that ,our offensive line isn't that stellar and we could use a real RB back there as well. It is the same chaos mill that has gone on since Gibbs left. Living on perpetual hope only can get you so far til you start wondering if it is really worth it being a fan, especially when you see such a crappy performance like tonight. And this kind of stuff is not that uncommon with the Skins. Do you think we can really get to the big dance with our current coaching staff with inadequate talent to work with? We need to get real for a change and quit falling for the constant hype. New coach, new GM, etc. It is a constant carousel of personnel, but it keeps the people ever hopeful.
