It's crazy how fast these terms spread. Never heard the term until maybe a couple months ago. Now you see it all the time.

Very hard to have a normal conversation on what we think is best for our children in this country.

Call me unreasonable, but if parents want to take their kids to drag shows or playtime outside of school…more power too them…but I still don’t understand drag queens at public elementary schools?

Explain how this is ok

Maybe pro-lifer or second admendent folks in elementary schools reading to children…that’s cool too?

Just seems like leave sex, identity. Politics out of elementary school would be something we could agree too

Better drag queens than guns that's for sure.

Why does it matter if a drag queen or big bird reads to kids? Do the kids really care?

Seems like it boils down to homophobic ignorant parents.

This country's hangups when it comes to sexuality is so weird. A drag queen reading to your kid isn't going to turn them gay no more than big bird turning kids into big yellow birds.

Why? It’s inappropriate. Because it’s fucking school and an elementary age school children. It shouldn’t be on the curriculum, they are too young. Why do fucking gays or trans want to tell young children about their sex? Seriously fuck off with that.

This is really the hill? That identity and sex to elementary age school kids? Drag queens should be in elementary school…that’s progress and norms.

On top of that we can see the trans trend. It’s not normal or organic. It’s happening of the coast in liberal, urban areas. Older folks aren’t changing their identity suddenly as this is acceptable. This is t happening across the world, it’s isolated.

3. Nothing is Biden or the democratic controlled congresses fault; and

[QUOTE=sdskinsfan2001;1317644]I didn't follow this race that closely, but if she actually votes for what she says she supports, then I'm a wacko with her:

Pro-God: My Christian faith is a core part of who I am. My parents raised me to be a strong woman of faith and defending individuals religious liberties will always be a priority of mine.

Pro-Life: I will always fight for the unborn and advocate for pro-life policies in Washington.

Pro-Family: My family is the most important thing in my life. I was raised with strong family values and work to instill them in my own children. Family values are one thing that make our community in South Texas so special and strong.

Pro-America: America is the greatest country in the world and it has afforded me the life I have today. Through hard work anything is possible in America. I will ALWAYS put America first.

Pro-Second Amendment: The right to bear Arms is something I hold near and dear. Americans should always be able to protect themselves and their families. I will always fight for our second amendment rights.

Pro-Law Enforcement: I am married and a proud U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) wife. Law enforcement will always have a fierce advocate if I am elected to Congress.

Pro-Border Security: Illegal immigration encourages and funds human/child trafficking. I legally immigrated to America when I was six years old. Living in South Texas offers a unique perspective on illegal immigration and how it affects the livelihood of American citizens. We MUST secure our border to keep bad individuals out and to encourage LEGAL immigration.

Veterans: My goal is to fight for every veteran; to fix the current health and medical issues at the VA, to address the amount of homeless vets on the streets, to get additional funding and resources so they can over come any mental issues they face. I love all our men and women in uniform, both past and present.

Pro-Jobs: Texas is the economic engine of America because of its low regulation and pro-business mindset. Texans know that when you get the government out of the way and let the private sector create jobs, the economy will flourish. I am an advocate against socialism and will always promote capitalism.

Pro-Oil and Gas: The oil and gas industry is critical to the success of our State and Nation. The industry has been hit hard in recent years but I will always work to help the oil and gas industry and stand firm against radical policies that would undermine it

Pro-Affordable Healthcare: As a healthcare worker I speak to residents of CD 34 day in and day out and understand that having access to affordable healthcare is the most important issue facing residents of South Texas. In Congress I will always strive to improve our healthcare system and work to find solutions that will lower the cost of prescription medicine.

Do a little more homework. Start with the article i posted. Jason Furman isn’t right 100 percent of the time. If anyone should know that it should be the guy who has never agreed with anything anyone who ever smiled at Obama has said before. Well, until he finds a tidbit that fits his narrative.
Also you should be fully aware , along with your new best friend Jason Furman, that Trumps stimulus checks were clearly the start of whatever you want to call the rescue plan. As I tried to explain to you earlier the economy doesn’t act in real time. It takes a while. Trump got fired, and now all of his minions blame Biden for everything he set in motion. But please continue with ur life long quest to make Trump better than someone, anyone.

Trump inherited a booming economy and handed Biden a fucking dumpster fire (unless ur a billionaire). Please spare me the “but on the date Biden took over the numbers were xyz - it doesn’t work like that. Results take time to answer actions. He bankrupt the country just like everything else he ever touched. Do I think Biden has done what he needed to in order to fix it? No. But he aint to blame. Of course polls will say different though. Wtf does the average person know other than who is in office? Blame that guy.

The project would provide access to evacuation routes as the city grapples with dangerous wildfires.

Glenwood Springs Mayor Jonathan Godes told Insider he's happy to have Boebert's backing despite her lack of support for the infrastructure bill.

Rep. Lauren Boebert is asking for $33.1 million in federal funding for a transportation project after voting against Biden's infrastructure bill, calling it "wasteful" and "garbage."

On Monday, Boebert sent a letter to US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg strongly supporting the South Bridge Project in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

One of the 2 most hated Dems in the Senate (by the Dems). Do you Dems who post here still hate her?

"During an interview on ABC’s "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", President Biden hinted at his frustration with the most squirrelly members of the Senate Democratic caucus, Sens. Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin. ”The problem,” Biden said simply, “is we have 48 out of 50 senators vote with me 95% of the time.”

Instead of lumping the two senators together as party outliers gumming up the works, Biden should be celebrating Sinema for being a Democrat who gets things done. She was the lead negotiator, along with Republican Sen. Rob Portman, for one of the biggest legislative accomplishments of the Biden presidency: the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. Sinema was also the catalyst for the gun safety deal nearing fruition. She sought out Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and took his advice to connect with Republicans John Cornyn of Texas and Thom Tillis of North Carolina. She brought along the Democrats’ leading gun control advocate, Connecticut’s Chris Murphy. Together, the bipartisan quartet found common ground on gun safety legislation when many thought common ground was nonexistent......"
